SELF-EXPLORATION

WHO AM I?

Workshop Overview

Who Am I is a Personal Awareness Inventory. It was originally developed by

the Toronto District School Board. Permission was taken from the originators
allowing us to adapt, simplify and translate the original inventory to suit the
needs of students in the UAE.
The exercise aims to help you to determine your personal/work style: doer,
thinker, creator, persuader, helper or organizer. You are encouraged to assess
if your style is compatible with programs and to explore future career
choices suitable to your personal style.
The workshop also allows you to identify with other personality styles and to
understand why some people act and work in different ways.
