Astromania

The event relates to the most fascinating and enthralling field

of physics Astrophysics. This event aims to challenge
delegates imaginations and innovative ideas to deal with
issues in space. We look forward to seeing you in the bidding
sessions which will mark the end of this event.

Astrophysics or The Science of Space, whether be stars, exoplanets, galaxies, black holes or extra-terrestrial life, name it
and Astrophysics covers it. For the three days of Astro-mania,
we will have a heated auction for eight fierce companies, a
challenging crisis and finally a presentation to mark the end of
the event, leaving you as Astromaniacs. Astro-mania will have
no elimination. The event will have three days for an
interview, an auction and a crisis to be solved. The fight for
the first place will continue till the last day.
Day 1: Time For this day: 4 Hours
Every team will give short interview about them. They would
be interviewed by a panel of judges, who will ask them some
Astrophysics and Physics related questions.
The response to the questions in the Interview has Marks,
which will benefit the Teams later in the Event.
After the teams are done with the interviews, the team with
highest marks after the interview will have the advantage to
choose any company they like.
The Companies will be given an Incomplete Crisis Case and will
be required to come up with feasible solutions with mutual
consent and teamwork
Day 2: Time for this day: 3 Hours
For this round, they will only be required to submit a plan of
their proposed designs and solutions. Their final solutions will

then have to be in calibration with plans or designs they

submit in this round.
The participants should not deviate from their plans. Any
deviation may result in deduction of points
Day 3:
Presentations on this day must be delivered. The companies
will present their solutions in front a panel of judges.
