Types of PMO
There are 3 types of PMOs:
1)Supportive : It doesnt control or direct projects. Instead it supports
projects by offering training, mentoring, administration and reporting.
2)Controlling: offering controlling services ( such as project reviews,
audits and assessments) to different projects.
3)Directive: in this case, project managers are reporting directly to
PMO, which is directly responsible for the success of each project.
