ARTESYN

This fieldtrip was held this 1st of September, 2016 at Eastwood Avenue, Quezon City.
Before they introduced first their company history and background. They told that the artesyn is one of the
leading manufacturer and designer of embedded technologies. The tour was led by Engr. Marjorie Reyes
an alumnus of Technological Institute of the Philippines Quezon City.

This fieldtrip was full of knowledge about power electronics and an advantage to me
because this was the track that I chose. The tour was all about power supplies, on how it was designed,
simulated and tested. Facilities were so amazing; it has a high technology equipment too sure the quality of
their products.

This fieldtrip was so helpful it gave some extra knowledge on making their power supplies
that I can surely use in our design project and in the future when I am working in an industry. It helped to
learn some positive working attitudes. They have respect on their coworkers and there are so hospitable
when there are visitors.
