example, if there was celebrate and every body are happy the person how feel stress he/she will

time when I was presenting my presentation in miss Nadyas class.

trembling so one it is cognitive stress and one it is physical stress.

Why? Because before any thing I think about it to much and I start to be anger.

example, when I was talking in speaking exam I forget everything I study about and I lost

affect on me but its not that bad.

because it was important to me to pass the exam.

gave me a fear on failing but I worked hard for it.

matter of time and that helped me.
