The junior communication professional contributes an
equal part to the management (of) the process (10%) 4a. cooperates respectfully and effectively in a team and with external stakeholders/contacts. 4b. deals professionally with the quality control of their cooperation and products.
Instruction for filling in the form
All students in the group have to assess their peer students and themselves by comparing each other on the different team cooperation aspects. The scores are relative. By comparing the team members with each other on these five areas you score each member on a scale from 0 10 Next to giving points to each other and yourself you also motivate per student what you based your score on. Next to giving feedback on their team collaboration you also give a suggestion for the next period on what they can improve. The coach decides on how many points each member will get for the team collaboration. Maximum number of points is 10

ideas, volunteered, took extra work)
