Federal Board

MY PRIORITIES:
Ensure that the Liberal Democrats are the natural home
for all Remain voters. To make sure the party supports Britains
membership of the EU and the Single Market.
Develop roaming Campaign Training Teams. To work in
partnership with the ALDC to bring training sessions direct to local
parties and give them the tools they need to win.
Set out a comprehensive Members Skills Audit. To
understand what skills members have so then they can be
encouraged, developed and built-upon for everyones benefit.

MY TRACK RECORD:
Joined the Liberal Democrats in 2015 after the General Election, and became chair
of Swindon Liberal Democrats within only a few months.
Fostered a great team to take on 20 local election campaigns (including a PCC
campaign). Doubled vote share across the Borough. Acted as Agent for all
candidates.
Initiated the Stronger In campaign for Swindon training, managing and
motivating dozens of teams across the Borough and managing a reported 30%
swing in favour of Remain.
Assisting in a number of local by-elections across Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, the
Cotswolds and Oxfordshire in order to help advance Lib Dem gains and create
new footholds for future advances.
Part of a team of hard-working admins that manage the Facebook group Lib Dem
Newbies UK, helping thousands of new members become more involved and
engaged with both local and national campaigning.
