Government, as per the circular No.26483/Gl/15/H.Edn dated 12.10.2015, had issutd

instructions for the smooth functioning of the campuses and hostels of the Universities and Affiliated
Colleges. Now, several instances have come to the notice during the

other celebrations which are against the spirit ofthe above circular. Therefore Clause 12 ofthe circular
