Please note that processing of your application (Credentialing) may

take up to 6 weeks. In order to save your time and not to delay you or
to reject your application, please ensure to follow the below
instructions:
Credentialing Fee:220 DHS
Name should be exactly like the passport.
Upload all documents in the required fields.
Name the scanned documents according to the certificate.
For example: Passport, Picture, and Experience. And not 01,
02, 03.
For Surgeons, logbook should be submitted in the
experience field.
In case if you dont have any of the required documents: you
need to upload a justification letter. For example: if you dont
have Good Standing Certificate or License, upload an
explanation letter to us.
In case if PSV from dataflow was done: you need to upload
receipt or report.
In case if you have passed DHA exam: you need to upload
the related document (at the Additional Documents Details).
System dont accept any characteristics such as ,./;)(*%#-_+
After Credentialing, you need to pay for PSV and select
assessment date, the validity of this step is only 3 month,
after that the file will be expired and rejected.
Please Save as Draft after filling each page of application, in
order to prevent losing your data
In order to get eligibility letter/license, Assessment for each selected
title must be completed.
After credentialing is passed the application is valid only for three
months for PSV payment and select assessment date otherwise
application will be rejected.
