Strengths
Shaima this was an excellent
lesson. The students were very
enthusiastic and highly
motivated to participate and
learn throughout the lesson so
much so you had to tone down
their enthusiasm at times!
Your teaching style is magnetic
and very spontaneous yet you
are full in control of the lesson
pacing and learning that is
happening. This is excellent.
You show your ability to
maintain excellent behaviours
in the class but still give the
students space to be active
and contribute. This
observation was a great
example of a student centred
lesson.
Your lesson planning also
showed your understanding of
the phases of the lesson and
the need to scaffold and create
engaging learning
