The rest of the days were spent in the delivery of quality health care services
such as the following:
Assisting the RHP in the consultation of clients.
Updating TCL for validation.
Preparation of FHSIS report for submission at RHU level.
Medicine inventory

Being able to reach out to the families in the barangays assigned to is critical in the
formulation of plans and programs that would address the identified health problem
of the said families. This month of September, though we were not directly
supervised by our MHO because of herother commitment, we still go on with her
order to do home visits and update family masterlists. Our work as a community
health nurse, is tiring yet self-fulfilling.

The only concern I have this month is on the limited space we have in the RHU.

I hope the LGU extend their support in the abovementioned concern.
