This assessment is a case analysis. The assessment is an evaluation of students abilities to review
relevant literature in e-commerce environment, particularly the competence of students to critically
read and clearly explain pertinent issues raised in the case. It also assesses the application of theory as
acknowledgeable user of relevant e-commerce theory and students presentation of key ideas in the
case to the class audience.

You are required to analyse and evaluate e-commerce issues in a structured report. This requires you
to support your analysis with empirical and practical evidence from the literature. The analysis requires
you to provide your judgment on the issues in question drawing from different research sources. Your
marking schedule indicates the assessment criteria and the number of marks awarded to each section.

1. Introduction (up to 300 words, 20 marks)
What is the focus of the report? The focus of the report is main issue of an analysis. It is often the
precise objective statement of the repot and this is often presented in the introductory section of the
essay. The Introductory aspect of a report provides good background information of the issues slated
for discussion.
2. Main Body (up to 1000 words, 60 marks)
It is essential to consider the quality of the evidence presented in this section.
