Dear Sir,
We are glad to inform that the application submitted by you through Bhubaneswar
Circle has been accepted after due verifications. You are hereby authorized to carry on
business of buying/selling of Antiquities (all types) on your above address. You shall have to
undertake to observe the provisions of the Antiquities and Art Treasures Act, 1972 and the
Antiquities and Art Treasures Rule, 1973 as well as the Antiquities Export Control Act,
1947 and the rules made there under. You shall have to maintain a proper Godown and
Depositaries as per the rules. You shall have to undertake to intimate any changes within a
week to the Licensing officer signed here under. You also undertake to maintain records i.e.
photographs, registers of sales/purchases as well as all expenses as per the rules and
regulations of ASI enclosed along with this letter.
The validity of this license is two years from the date of issue i.e. 19/08/2016 to 18/08/2018.
