TERMS & CONDITIONS
01)

SCOPE :-

Only those items indicated in our Price Schedule are included in our scope of supply.
Any other extra items required but not indicated in the scope and Price Schedule shall
be supplied at reasonable extra cost.
02)

PRICES : -

Prices quoted in the Price Schedule are FIRM & Ex-works, Jaysingpur. Freight &
Insurance charges will be charged extra at actual.
03)

EXCISE DUTY :-

FOR CAPACITOR
The Excise Duty will be charged extra as applicable at the time of despatch. Present
rate of Excise Duty is 10.30 % including educational cess.
FOR ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENTS :The prices quoted are inclusive of Excise Duty at the present prevailing rates on our
purchase price

CST :-

FOR CAPACITORS : The Central Sales Tax @ 2 % against Form C will be charged extra.
FOR ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENTS : The price quoted is inclusive of Central Sales Tax @ 2% against Form C.
05)

STATUTORY VARIATION :-

Any Statutory variation in the rate of Excise Duty & CST if levied by the Government
will be to your account.

06)

CENVAT :-

All CENVAT benefits have already been taken into account and passed on the prices
and consequently no price reduction nor submission of calculations / documents will
be furnished.
07)

OCTROI / ENTRY TAX :-

Octroi / Entry Tax if applicable / leviable shall be to your account.

08)

DELIVERY :-

The delivery of the offered equipments will be completed within 2 to 3 months from
the date of receipt of your technically & commercially clear order alongwith advance
and/or approval of drawing whichever is later.
09)

PAYMENT :-

30% advance by D.D. alongwith your confirmed order and balance payment alongwith
100% taxes and duties shall be made by D.D. against Proforma Invoice before
despatch of the material.
10)

VALIDITY :-

Our this offer is valid for your acceptance for a period of 45 days from the date of
this offer.
11)

TESTING & INSPECTION : -

A) CAPACITORS
All Routine/Acceptance Tests as per IS 13925/1998 (Part I) with its latest
amendments shall be carried out at our works Jaysingpur in presence of your
Inspecting Officer.
B) FOR ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENTS:
The necessary Routine/Acceptance Tests will be carried out as per IS
standards to
the extent of facilities available with respective manufacturer's works except induced
over voltage test on Series Reactor as the facility for carrying out this test is presently
not available in India.
We shall arrange to give you ONE-WEEK advance intimation for deputing your
representative to carryout the necessary pre-despatch inspection of the equipments if
so desired by you.

GUARANTEE :-

The offered equipments are guaranteed against any defects due to bad material,
faulty design or poor workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of
commissioning, or 18 months from the date supply whichever is earlier.
