Chili sauce (Saos sambal) adalah bumbu
makanan berbentuk cairan kental atau pasta
atau semi pasta, terbuat dari cabe dan bahanbahan lain, yang berasa pedas, asam, manis,
gurih khas saos, yang digunakan untuk
meningkatkan kenikmatan rasa makanan
yang disajikan. Saos tidak hanya digunakan
sebagai bumbu makanan untuk menemani
makan bakso, mie serta makanan lainnya,
saos pun bisa di buat khusus untuk masakan
gorengan, saos untuk seafood, saos aroma
buah serta jenis saos yang lain. Teknologi
proses saos sambal mengalami kemajuan
yang sangat pesat, kemajuan tersebut terjadi
untuk memenuhi tuntutan pasar yang meluas
dan variatif terhadap aplikasi saos itu sendiri.

Description :
Chili sauce is a food seasoning in the
liquid(paste or semi-paste) form. It's made
from chilli and other ingredients. The taste is
spicy, sour, sweet, and savory. It's used to
enhance the taste of the food. Sauce is not just
used to accompany in eating meatballs,
noodles or other foods, but can be created
specifically for fried dishes, seafood and other
types of food. Chili sauce processing
technology is evolves quickly parallel with the
market demands and its application

Fitur:
Mesin saos terdiri dari unit pre-treatment,
unit proses dan unit pendukung. Unit pretreatment digunakan untuk pengolahan awal
bahan-bahan segar alami seperti ubi jalar,
singkong, cabe segar, bawang putih, bawang
merah atau rempah-rempah tambahan.
Contoh unit pre-treatment adalah mesin
pencuci, material transfer, pulverizer, colloid
mill, shifter, pengukus, dll. Unit processing
adalah tangki mixing, tangki double jacket,
liquid powder mixing pump, pompa produk,
mesin sterilisasi system pendingin. Sedangkan
unit pendukung adalah water treatment unit,
unit elektrik dan CIP.

Features:
Sauces machine consists of pre-treatment
unit, processes unit and supporting units. Pretreatment unit is used for the initial
processing of natural fresh ingredients such as
sweet potatoes, cassava, fresh chili, garlic,
onion, etc. The example of pre-treatment
machinery is a washing machine, material
transfer, pulverizer, colloid mill, shifter,
steamer, etc. Processing unit is a mixing tank,
double jacket mixing tank, liquid powder
mixing pump, products pump, sterilization
unit and cooling. Supporting units are water
treatment, electrical and CIP system.
