Opening (warmer activity + teacher introduction/demonstration of small group activities)


the warming activity will be the brainstorming and it will be for whole class and with me . So the activity
will be that , I will show them pictures , and they will tell me that what is this , for example I will show them
picture of a girls she is doing her homework , and they will tell me that girls she is doing her homework , afte
that I will ask them that homework is a one word or two words .

After the warming part, teacher parts will be start. I will be starting to teach them this rule by telling them wha
is compound word mean and how we can know that this word is compound word or not , and after that I will
go to show them some words that have syllables. The next will be that i will put several sentences on the boar
and they have to pick up two words form the sentence and will make them compound word.
In the end of the teaching part I did with them activity , in an activity book , page N 45 , and the activity was
about that they have to circle on the compound word s .

Closing
The closing activity will be , that each group will get a pictures, and they will have to make the compound
picture and after the have to write the word of the picture. For example, they have picture of sun and shine,
they will put this two pictures together and will write down what is this picture could.

Assessment
I will be assessing them when we will do the activities in the activity book.
I will be assessing them in the closing activity.

Reflection WWW/EBI
The overall of the lesson was ok , students were engaged in the lesson, the actives was in good form, and they
understand what they have to do, and my instructions were cleared from them, because I used the modeling strategy,
because there are some students they are from special need students.

First of all the warming activity that I did with them it was obvious, but only the first part were they was describing th
picture for me , but the second part where I asked them do you think these words are one word or two words, the
answers that I reserved was random answers , so I think that this activity wasnt that much successful, because I think
that the part B wasnt based on their learning level, since the level of learning in this class is in low, so if I was only
doing with them the part A it was enough for them.

After that the teaching part I think that not all of the students get the rule in a right way , because I think that my
teaching performance was for high level of students and the examples was not enough for them and spicily for their
learning level , moreover if I connect the part B which is from warming activity maybe they will understand more, als
in the teaching part I didnt spend enough time, and then I jumped to the activity book, during the activity book I
realized that majority of students didnt understand the concept, but I continued with the activity, and I aid them .

In the last activity that I did with them, it have to parts, first part where they have to put two picture together to make
compound image, and after that they have to write the word of the compound pictures , most of the students do not do
the activity , because the feel difficulty on it , even though I told that the spelling is not important to me , I think that it
my fault because I have to come up with a strategy which could differentiation, which mean I have to create other
activities that suit their learning ability, and if I did that the students will face some problems but not will be big
problem .

Next Steps in learning and teaching


The next step that will be in teaching and learning is that , when I will chasse an activities I will chasing based on the
level of learning even in the teaching part I will try to make my teaching part more clear and its fits on their level of
understanding , moreover I will try to provide the students will more examples , and they are linked with the previous
activity .
