This module helps in registering information about patients and handling both
IPD and OPD patients query. A unique ID is generated for each patient after
registration. This helps in implementing customer relationship management
and also maintains medical history of the patient.
3. Inpatient and Outpatient Management Module

Handles Patient Admission System along with the related modules like Bed
Management or issue of Bed Ticket, OT Management, Day-to-day
Administrative Activities, etc.

4. Bed Management and issue of Bed Ticket

As soon as the admission procedure is complete, the patient is being
allotted a bed against which a bed ticket is generated.
5. Admission Discharge Transfer

The module helps in generating patients discharge summary, which
includes patients health at the time of discharge, medical history,
various diagnosis and drug prescriptions, history of present illness and

course in hospital.
6. Administration
This module handles all the master entry details for the hospital
requirement such as consultation detail such as doctor specialization,
consultancy fee, and service charges.

7. Security
The User Manager module basically deals with security through
controlling the access to the information available in the application.
Any user associated with a user group can access only those screens
for which the user group has rights. It also deals with the System
Related Activity like User Monitor, Creating User Group Master, User
Master and view the User Group Lookup of employee database,
Maintenance of company documents, User defined error message,
Generating Daily Statistical Summary.

8. Laboratory
This module enables the maintenance of investigation requests by the

patient and generation of test results for the various available services,
such as clinical pathology, X-ray, ultrasound tests, etc. Requests can
be made from various points, including wards, billing, sample collection
and the laboratory receiving point. The laboratory module is integrated
with the in-patient/ outpatient registration, wards and billing modules.
9. Billing Management-OPD & IPD & Insurance Module

The billing module facilitates cashier and billing operations for different
categories of patients and automatic posting of charges for different
services such as lab tests, medicines supplied, consulting fees, food
and beverage charges, etc. It enables credit party billing through
integration.

11. Payroll System Management

The Payroll & Personnel module deals with Pay (and deduction)

Overtime details. It also reports on absenteeism, leave encashments
etc. The Personnel & Payroll department is responsible. Employee
Related Activities like appointing the staff, maintaining the employee
database, Fixing allowances and deductions, Leave entitlements,
Leave sanctions, Loan, Termination Process, Maintenance of Hospital
documents, Insurance details, Tenancy Contracts and Vehicle
