Dear Elizabeth Grace:

I am writing to you in hope that you would accompany me in presenting an information
session to the new students who will be starting the Office Administration Program this
January. The session will be held on Saturday December 3 rd, 2106 in room 1-7 from
9:00am-11:00am.
I have attached a power point with information on the course that I would like to use as
a guideline for presenting to the students. I was hoping to dedicate the first hour to the
presentation and the second hour to any questions they may have for you regarding the
program. I feel that your input would be of such value to the new students.
I am anxiously awaiting your reply so that we may meet and start a plan for the
