Introduction: Discuss that you will be learning how to Stand back if too
pass and receive the ball. Ask the class what is the

pass to hard). Step towards
pass to receive the ball.

Step in direction of the pass.
3.
Push ball toward target.

Fingers point in direction of
target.

bounces 2/3 of the way to
target (bounce) or hits the
target in the chest (chest).
