USFSM Lesson Plan

Format Elementary
The lessonEducation
will start off with a reading of a book that shows
the main characters experiences at a farm with farm animals,
and then go in to a class discussion about the students
personal experiences with farm animals.
Some students will have the experience of going to farm or
petting zoo that has certain farm animals but some students will
not have had that experience.
Students will be familiar with the names of the animals and some of
the things that the animals contribute to the farm, like milk, eggs,
The lesson will begin with a class reading and a class discussion. I
will then give instructions on the different matching and listening
activities that we will do. Students will then participate in groups to
help each other.
Students will go sit at their seats that are in groups of 4 or 5.
Students will discuss amongst their groups to figure out what animal
they just heard or they will work together to complete the matching
worksheet.
The technology that will be used will be the playlist that was
created on my YouTube channel. This will help the students learn in
a visual way and also use technology as well.
