Adding a Print to PDF Function in FireFox:

1. Open Firefox
2. Click on the Open Menu button (located on the upper-most right)

3. Click on Add-Ons

4. New tab appears (Add-ons Manager)

5. Click on the side Get Add-ons

6. Click on See all located next to Up & Coming on the right side of page

7. New tab appears (Up & Coming Extensions :: Add-ons for Firefox)
8. Search
for Print to
PDF in addons search bar

9. Click on Print pages to PDF (Featured)

10. Click + Add to Firefox

11. New window appears (Software Installation). Click on the Print Pages to PDF box, then Install Now.

12. Click install and restart Firefox (Save all work, the close and re-open the browser)
To Use Add-On for Travel WebForm
13. Open the WebForm you would like to print
14. Click on Print

15. Right click within the formatted to print version of the form and select Print Pages to PDF, then Print Active
Tab.

16. The PDF version of your Travel WebForm should pop up once it has been created.
17. Save your Travel WebForm to your computer. This version can now be attached within KFS.

Access Travel Web Form


Click Print located on the top right of the screen

3. New tab opens with a Print Preview of Travel Web Form


4. Right-Click and click Print
5. Save the Print Preview as a PDF (as seen below)

Firefox
1. Access Travel Web Form
2. Click Print located on the top right of the screen

Press Control (Ctrl) and the (letter P)
New Print window appears
In Drop-down menu, make sure the Name: is Microsoft XPS Document Writer or your PDF software
Save the Print Preview as an .xps File (as seen below)

Internet Explorer
1. Access Travel Web Form
2. Click Print located on the top right of the screen

Press Control (Ctrl) and the (letter P)
New Print window appears
In Select Printer, make sure Microsoft XPS Document Writer or your Print to PDF software is selected
Save the Print Preview as an .xps File (as seen below)
