Food and Beverage

Purpose: The purpose of this memo is to show the food and beverage plan for the Senior
Sendoff
We will have a chocolate fountain and hot chocolate as the food and beverage items for the
senior send off. For the chocolate fountain station we will have strawberries, bananas,
pretzels, marshmallows, and rice krispies treats, to add a variety that will appeal to
everyone. The cost to provide all the necessary items (food, skewers, napkins, plates, cups)
would be $60.88, which is within our budget of $74.34. We will use a chocolate fountain that I
own, along with a tea maker to provide hot water for the hot chocolate. We will use desert trays
from the Meadows to display the items to be dipped into the chocolate fountain. This is a great
idea for a celebratory spread because its not something that students get to eat often, so it
will be a great treat!
