Hi class! This is Derek and Im Spencer. Today we are going

to learn how to throw for accuracy. Who here can tell me what
accuracy means? Close! Accuracy means that were gonna
throw the ball into the hoola hoop and not miss. So todays
game, were gonna have 2 groups and were going to practice
our overhand throws into the hoola hoops. The red hoola
hoops will be easy, the yellow ones are slightly hard, and the
green ones will be the hardest. The COTS for overhand
throwing is 1.) Step 2.) Elbows up 3.) follow through. Would
anyone like to demonstrate? Great job! Now is everyone
ready to play? Ok, here are the rules! We can not step past
this cone. There will only be 1 person going at a time in each
group. Ready? Lets play!
