admission chest film.
PA and lateral views of the chest reveal a normal-sized heart. The lungs are clear of any active
infiltrations. Elongated aorta noted. Thoracic kyphosis with wedging of multiple vertebral
bodies. Arthritic changes noted in the left shoulder.
IMPRESSION: No active chest process.
