Dam: Luna (Medium, Black/Chocolate F2B2 Labradoodle) from
Ajadoodles. Parents of Luna: Dam is Zailey (F2B Labradoodle)
from Ajadoodles and Sire is Mochi (stud-AKC Registered Standard
Poodle) from Michiana Doodles.
Sire: Lux (Miniature, Cream/Gold F1B2 Labradoodle) from Weaver
Doodles. Parents of Lux: Dam is Sheba (medium F1B Labradoodle)
from Weaver Doodles and Sire is Finn (miniature Red Poodle)
from Majestic Poodles.
Health Agreement
To the best of our knowledge, the sellers guarantee that the puppy
described above in paragraph 2 is healthy. It has completed an exam by
our vet, received the first round of shots, and has been dewormed. To
the best of our knowledge, we the seller guarantee that the dam and
sire of the puppy described above are healthy with no defects. We the
seller are not responsible for any sickness, death, or loss of the puppy

once it leaves the premises. This includes, but is not limited to,
sickness, accidents, injury or theft. The breeder is not responsible for
any behavior problems or personal injury caused by the animal now or
in the future.
Seller believes that the dog is healthy and in good condition except for
the following (if applicable): N/A
Zailey (dam of dam) is a chocolate parchment. She carries a silver gene.
Overtime you may begin to see silver hair in the doodles coat.

Spay/Neuter Agreement:
Under no circumstances should this puppy/dog be used for
breeding without permission from the Seller. Buyer certifies, by
signing this agreement that he/she is not acting as an agent in
this purchase; that the Buyer will not resell this puppy to a puppy
mill, commercial breeder, pet store, or medical research facility.
These puppies/dogs are intended to be sold as loving family pets,
and legal action may be taken if they are found being used
otherwise, unless breeding rights have been previously
negotiated. Seller has the right to rescue this puppy/dog if we find

that it is being mistreated, neglected, or abused and you do not

voluntarily return it.

Other Condition of Sale

Buyer accepts full responsibility for proper care of puppy once it
leaves the breeder including but not limited to food, vet bills,
surgeries, grooming, boarding, etc.
The buyer agrees to continue quality health care including: annual
vet exams, monthly deworming, appropriate shots and any other
necessary medications or procedures.
If at any time during the life of the puppy the buyer cannot keep
the puppy the breeder has first opportunity to take the puppy
back with no refund.
A labradoodle grows hair in their ears like a poodle so the buyer
agrees to keep puppys ears cleaned and hair pulled out as
necessary.
Labradoodles are highly intelligent and the buyer agrees that
seller advised that basic obedience classes are highly
recommended.
