TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Room rate is excluding buffet breakfast.

Room rate is exclusive of 10% service charge and 11% government tax.

Check-in time starting from 14.00 hrs. And check-out time is 12.00 hrs. Early check-in and/or late
check-out will be subject to the room availability. In the event of high occupancy, hotel will not
guarantee any early check-ins and/or late check-outs.

In the event of public holidays or on high occupancy, hotel will deduct full non-refundable
pre-payment upon reservation.

Non-Guaranteed reservation will be held until 24 hours prior to arrival day. Afterwards, the room will
be automatically released without any notification.

Any cancellation and/or shorten stay occurs less than 24 hours prior to the arrival date are subject to
one night room charge that will be taken from the credit card details provided.

During high occupancy period, hotel will ask for credit card numbers as a guarantee to secure the
reservation. Hotel has the rights to cancel any Non-Guaranteed reservations during these periods.
Any cancellation and/or shorten stay during these periods are subject to one night room charge that
will be taken from the credit card details provided.

24 hours prior to the arrival date, or during high occupancy period; hotel will do a card verification and
block as much as the amount of the first night room rate to the Credit/Debit card used as a guarantee.

In the event of a no-show (reservation that has not been canceled where the customer did not arrive)
when the reservation is guaranteed by credit card, the cost of the first night and airport pick-ups (if
any)will be debited as a fixed indemnity from the card specified by the customer in the reservation
guarantee.

Prepaid reservations cannot be changed or canceled. Sums paid in advance as a deposit will not be
reimbursed.

In the event that the stay is interrupted, the agreed price will be paid in full. No reimbursement will be
given for a prepaid reservation.

Should there be any airport pickup requested, the fee will be at IDR 620,000 nett (Inclusive 21% tax &
service charge) per car per way by Hotel Limousine Mercedes E250 OR at IDR 365,000 nett
(Inclusive 21% tax & service charge) per car per way by Silver bird , and the guest will have to reach
the appointed taxi counter outside of the custom area since there will be no airport representative.
