part of an apprenticeship in management control at Weleda SA, a pharmaceutical and cosmetic
company, I will be completing a Master II in Entrepreneurship at EM-Strasbourg Business School.

international experience. Additionally, since I began my apprenticeship at Weleda as part of
financial services, I have gained a versatility that allows me to be autonomous with all tasks
entrusted to me.
At Weleda, I was responsible for coordinating schedules and documents that streamlined
how each of the managers of our business could be timed and monitored regarding their activities
and deviations from their projected budgets. I am also skilled in information software and, as part of
my work, we were able to avoid certain repetitive risky manipulations and maintain information
security. Most importantly, I wrote my Masters thesis on the impact of budget processing at
Weleda, specifically how we sought to transition based on annual forecasts to a rolling forecast. We
plan to implement this change in the last quarter of 2016 to determine its effects on our company.
