Unit Description
The theme of the unit is " Traveling ". I chose this topic because I love traveling
and I can teach the students the benefit of traveling and I can share my experience
with them. The skills included in the unit are reading ,vocabulary ,grammar

listening, and writing. To test the understanding of the students I used online test
and so many more.

overhead screen, access to

comic strip, outline
patterns, student
vocabulary journal, selfassessment checklist,
peer-evaluation checklist,
various handouts and print
materials

Setting
This lesson is for secondary Saudi
female ESL students, who are from
Female Secondary School. They are
30 students in class aging between
17&18. The duration of class is 45
minutes.
Target Students
Level 3 (Intermediate)
All Saudi, having same L1, sharing
same cultural and educational
background
