When the batteries are the only power source available on the ground and the BAT1 and BAT2
pushbutton switches are pushed, the battery voltage is higher than 23 VDC (line contactors closed).
D. AC ESS BUS (9XP) Network
** ON A/C 003-050
PRE SB 24-5024 for A/C 003-003, 006-006
The AC essential busbar (9XP) supplies three-phase 115 VAC/400 Hz power directly to sub-busbar 901XP.
The AC essential busbar (9XP) supplies single-phase 115 VAC/400 Hz power:
To sub-busbar 931XPA (26 VAC/400 Hz) through the 115/26 VAC transformer (3XH)
To sub-busbar 905XPB through relay 1XH. Sub-busbar 905XPB is shed in emergency configuration in
flight.
** ON A/C 001-002
POST SB 24-5024 for A/C 003-003, 006-006
EMB SB 24-5024 for A/C 001-002
The AC essential busbar (9XP) supplies three-phase 115 VAC/400 Hz power directly to sub-busbar 901XP.
The AC essential busbar (9XP) supplies single-phase 115 VAC/400 Hz power:
To sub-busbar 931XPB (26 VAC/400 Hz) through the 115/26 VAC transformer (3XH)
To sub-busbar 905XPB through relay 1XH. Sub-busbar 905XPB is shed in emergency configuration in
flight.
** ON A/C ALL
E. AC ESS BUS SHED (4XP) Network
The AC ESS BUS SHED (4XP) supplies three phase 115 VAC/400 Hz power:
through the relay 16XH, to the sub-busbar 401XP,
NOTE: This sub-busbar is automatically shed in emergency configuration when the CSM/G is supplied by
the RAT pump or when the static inverter operates.
