I'd rate this product a 10/10 as far as being able to deliver results without steroids.
Other products out there claim to give steroid like gains but don't deliver, brothers let me tell you that Test delivers.

Fellas its here. The results from our recent Animal X Alpha Testing
Program (ATP) are in and were excited as ever. In years past, we
kept all of the information, as well logs, for the ATP under strict wraps
and wouldnt leak anything out until all the testing was completed.
This time around, the ATP was set up directly on our very own
Animal Forvm. We were very confident about this ATP, as we had
been prototyping this long before we actually started the ATP for X.
By placing the ATP on the forum, this gave the Alpha Testers (AT)
a convenient place to log their results and also allowed everyone
else to view the testers logs and feedback throughout the entire
program. What this allowed was for Forvm members to actually
track each of the ATs progress while in the process of using
Animal Test, known only as X to those testing it. How cool is that?
There were a total of 20 AT who participated in testing Animal X. To
qualify to be a tester, one had to be on a bulk and couldnt be dieting.
The average Alpha Tester (AT) weighed in at 240 lb. After 3 weeks of
supplementation with Animal X, the average weight increased by
5.84lb to roughly 246lb. So on average, our testers gained 6lb. of
quality weight--a number never seen before by any previous ATP.
Animal X also affected strength levels. When starting the
program, the AT were asked to log their current lifting stats for
the following exercises-- bench, squat, shoulder press,
deadlifts, barbell curls and barbell rows. Each week they would
update their progress in their log and, at the end, final tallies
showed us how much progress they had made during this
brief, 3 week cycle. The following chart shows the average total
increase in weight that was experienced for those lifts.
Barbell Curls: +24.2 lb | Barbell Rows: +19.4 lb | Bench Press: +18.1 lb
Deadlifts: +36 lb | Shoulder Press: +22.1 lb | Squat: +32.7 lb
On a whole, these are the largest and most impressive gains in strength
and lean body mass that was seen from any of our testing programs.
Flash419: I would highly recommend this supplement to any and all Animals looking
to gain strength/muscle mass/body weight. I have never seen or heard of any
supplement that really lives up to the normal 'GREAT NEW SUPPLEMENT' hype...
This product does. Try it, you will NOT be disappointed.
Giant Killer: Animal X gave me crazy strength. PRs every week, without fail, and big
PRs. Also, muscles were harder and more pumped than ever before. Gives you that
skin splitting effect in your workout. This is the holy grail of strength and hardness. A
plateau buster FOR SURE.
Malloy1344: Overall my strength went up consistently. Really liked the product. Had
a lot of intensity on it. Definitely sweated my ass off. Had some good gains, definitely
a product I would pick up again. The numbers weren't huge, but I just liked the over
feeling that I had when I was lifting. Great job guys!
The Dominator: During my workouts I had fantastic pumps and increased focus on my sets.
I was able to go longer and push out the extra reps, which makes all the difference in the world.
I could tell after about the first week that my muscles were looking fuller and a little bit harder.
I was very pleased with Animal X and will definitely buy it when Universal officially releases it.
TXPWLFTR I did enjoy using the product and look forward to using it when it becomes
available to buy. I have used various supplements and this by far is one of the best
products I have used. Hell a co-worker asked if I was juicing. This is a product I will
recommend to those that want a great edge in their training.
jhicks3301 I would give this product a 9.5/10. This is actually one of the best products
that I have tried personally.
Juggernaut: It's a plateau buster if I ever saw one. I don't care what it will cost, things
like that never played a role in my decision making with supps if they actually work.
ANIMAL has a winner here.
Lowdown5: One important thing that I noticed was there was no ramp up period with
X. Results were felt with the first dose which was remarkable. Also, there has been no
drop off of effectiveness as the trial has gone on. At this point I will have to give X an A+.
What more needs to be said fellas? The numbers dont lie and
these brief testimonies speak volumes. Our most potent and
powerfully formulated product in years, Animal Test has arrived
to take your whole game to the next level. No need to brag or
spend time hyping up gimmick products. We formulate based
on the most current in the trenches research, test our products
in the real world and deliver to our brothers in iron what they
want most Results. And those speak for themselves.

Youre no couch potato. Youre definitely not casual about training. You are a bodybuilder, a powerlifter. You are serious and
committed. Thats why youre here. Well your nutrition should
reflect your lifestyle. Hardcore training requires hardcore supplementation. And Animal Pak is as hardcore as it gets.
In weight training there are the basics, the tried and true exercises that have produced results forever: the squat, the deadlift, the bench press. The fundamentals. The same goes for the
weight trainers nutrition program. Ample macronutrients are
crucial: lean protein, complex carbs and healthy fats. This
same basic approach applies to supplements. Ya gotta have
your protein powder and your multivitamin. The multi is so
essential, that its hard to even call it a supplement.
This nutritional staple comes in many forms. You see them
everywhere. But none of them are designed to specifically
address the needs of the serious strength athlete. None, that is,
except the Animal Pak. Animal Pak has it all: vitamins, minerals,
aminos, antioxidants, electrolytes, performance optimizers,
digestive enzymes and essential fats (EFAs). Yeah, its that
complete. Think of the Pak as your foundational supplement
the one upon which to build your entire nutritional protocol.
Like we said before, you arent some lazy son of a bitch, so why
use his multivitamin? You are the elite The dedicated. You are
Animal. The one who pays his dues everyday. Your multivitamin
should be formulated accordingly. You deserve that much
When it comes to growing our muscles in a freakish way,
Animal Pak provides the right combination and mega-doses of
all the good stuff you need. These powerful pharmacological
agents and catalysts can exert significant ergogenic/anabolic
benefits and function as the spark plugs for activating all the
necessary chemical reactions that make training and building
muscle possible. Only Animal Pak has everything athletes need.
Plus its so convenient that you can throw a pack right in your
pocket and wont have to worry about lugging a can around.
The Pak is best when taken on a daily basis because over
time vitamin deficiencies can escalate--especially when eating a restricted diet. Eventually, the body will stop functioning
at its optimum level due to weakened immunity and diminished hormone production. In other words, your development plateaus. Our bodies are so sensitive that if even one
key nutrient is missing from the diet, the body could shut
down the anabolic drive needed to build muscle. Plus, so
often the optimal effectiveness of one supplement relies on
the ideal internal environment, one nourished by the comprehensive formula of a multi as potent as the Animal Pak.
Many of todays supplements need the body to be nutrient
dense to work efficiently. Nutritional gaps mean that your supplements may be rendered ineffective. For example, many
muscle building products (e.g., nitric oxide boosters and
testosterone boosters) rely on enzymes and other substrates
in the body to activate them. This is especially the case when

I don't feel like myself today. I wonder why? I think I caught a
bug that has been going around. It usually only infects stonecold achievers and champions. I'm shaking I got cold
sweats Hysteria has set in I need to be in the gym. What
do you mean youre going to the gym Again!?! You trained
4 times this week. What the fuck is wrong with you?
This is the typical reaction you get from someone who does
not know why you do what you do. These people don't
understand the bug you've caught, the epidemic that can
spread to anybody who wants to succeed in this sport. You
got bit by the bug The Iron Bug that is. This physically
demanding hobby now turns into a second job that you
know you must go to in order to achieve greatness.
Did you say greatness? You know what? Most dudes would
settle for just looking good, but you need more than that. You
need to be the fucking best you can be to consider yourself
a success. Success Did you say that? How about you need
to be a bodybuilder that looks good. Confused? I think you
know what I mean. Performance and consistency is the key
and you realize that your hard work will sooner or later pay
off (at least for those of you who have what it takes).
You cut out all the bullshit once you step into the gym. You
don't want to hear the woman next to you complaining about
her boyfriend or the guy behind you on the ab machine talking about the painful hemorrhoid he had a week ago. You go
in there to lift weights To get bigger To get stronger To
make yourself look like a freak. You want to be there. You
know that you don't have to be but you want to.
Everybody looks at you as if you don't belong there He is
too big. Why does he go so heavy? That is disgusting
Listen, no one asked for your opinion. Just let me lift weights
and be happy because it is the smaller things in life that
make me content, things like squatting 700 pounds or dead
lifting 500 pounds for reps.
These people wouldn't understand because they never
experienced The Epidemic. These upper class snobs go to
the gym two to three times a week, do cardio for about a half
hour then do a total body workout for 15 minutes thinking
that they accomplished something. I don't want to get too
big because, you know, if I did what you did, I would be bigger than you. This coming from a middle-aged man who
weighs 160 with quarters in his pockets. Or, listen to this one,
I used to look like you then got tired of being big. You used
to look like me? You just shake your head, laugh, pretend to
give a compliment and then walk away
So you ask, why don't people understand the addiction and
love of doing what you do? Because they never experienced
the feeling of it. They don't understand what it feels like for
that one day up on stage, the high that comes with it and the
low that happens the next day You are back to being your-
I just wanted to give praise to Animal Stak . I just finished my first cycle and got great results. Today I put up 205 for 15 reps when

As a serious lifter, you want to get bigger
and stronger. Who doesn't? So you look for
every advantage. Essentially the aim of any
serious training program is to promote
muscle tissue growth by increasing the
bodys natural production of anabolic
hormones, while at the same time,
decreasing the production of unwanted
catabolic hormones. This is what we call
the anabolic advantage. In short, this
means more muscle growth and less
muscle breakdown. Optimizing your body's
levels of naturally occurring anabolic
hormoneshormones like testosterone,
growth hormone (GH) and IGF-1can
make a huge difference when it comes to
making the gains you want and tapping into
the anabolic advantage. These hormones
are secreted during a hard resistance
training session. Muscle rebuilding

Believe me, I know. Im as guilty as anybody. My name is G
Diesel, and Im a flat bench addict. Im not sure where it
occurred in my development, but somewhere along the line
I got hooked. It wasnt really the need to impress when the
oldest bodybuilding question was posed for the umpteen
millionth time (Howmucha bench?). It was more the simplicity of it allpushing straight up, laying on your back just
you against the iron and the will of gravity. Plus, it is ultra old
school, and I have a special place in my heart for everything
that the founding fathers of our sport held dear. Not to mention the flat benchs status as a charter member of powerliftings Big Three, a fact that cannot be lost on any diehard,
blood and guts, power bodybuilder worth his weight in lifting chalk.
Despite my devotion to the movement, and the fact that I will
defend the flat barbell bench press to my dying day, I must
make an admission. It is hardcore, it is effective, and it has
its place in every bodybuilders routine, but it may not be the
best chest builder there is. The flat bench, if overly relied
upon, can build flat or droopy pecs and lay waste to your
rotator cuffs, leaving a bodybuilder with an incomplete
chest and a couple of blown out shoulders to put on his
mantle next to his impressive bench number.
One of the most exceptional and aesthetically striking elements of a completely developed chest is the shelf-like protrusion of the upper pectoral, development that is an obvious indicator of a real-deal bodybuilder. Such growth only
comes by means of the systematic bombardment of this
muscular region using big weights on incline movements.
The following routine is designed to prioritize the upper
chest by means of injecting your pec training with a robust
dose of incline work. Put your mind-muscle connection into
overdrive and focus on shredding every last cell of your
chest into minced meat and building a fucking cliff under
your collar. Time for some action. Here we go
Exercise 1: Incline Dumbbell Flyes
Opening up with a pre-exhaustion movement designed to
target a stubborn area, well call upon a motherfucker of an
isolation movementincline dumbbell flyes. As this will be
our first exercise, we need to wade into the treacherous
waters gradually. Well begin with a warmup set of 15 reps
to get blood into our pecs. The idea is to open the chest up
wide and maximize the stretch from the pec insertion to the
split in the middle of the chest and then raise the dumbbells
in an arc and contract the pecs hard at the top, all the time
visualizing putting a bear hug on a red wood sequoia. Two
more sets should follow of 10 and 6 reps respectively.
Exercise 2: Incline Barbell Bench Press
With your pecs stretched, pumped and a little bit fatigued,
well move on to our first of two mass exercises. This is our
bread and butter movement designed to lay down a footing
of mass across the collarbone. With a standard benching
grip just beyond shoulder width, grab the bar for your opening set in the twelve-rep range. Lower the bar in a slow and
controlled manner and then blast up squeezing with all your
might at the top. Follow this with a set of 8 and then a final
ball busting set of 4. Have a spotter to lessen the risk of
decapitation and to help you grind out a forced rep or two
after failure sets in.
Exercise 3: Incline Hammer Press
By this point, you should be shot and pumped out of your
mind. Now is the perfect time to incorporate some machine
work to lessen the burden on your stabilizer muscles and
punish your pecs like never before. Load the leverage
machine with enough weight to bang out twelve solid reps
in an explosive piston-like fashion. Now that you are comfortable with the fixed range of motion, add weight for
another set of 8-10. On the final set we are gonna make sure
youve pressed til ya cant press no more and load enough
weight on the hammer press for you to gut out 4 to 6 reps,
at which point your spotter will peel off about 30% of the
plates and youll churn out another couple. Finally, after
stripping off 20% or so more of the weight youll rep to failure or until your pecs burst in a splatter of blood and lactic
acid--whichever comes first.
Exercise 4: Cable Cross-Unders
With the pounding of our power pressing out of the way,
well move on to the fun partcreating an obscene pump
and wringing the last ounce of life from every muscle fiber
in your chest. To do so, well throw a little wrinkle in the old
isolation standby--the cable crossover. Instead of the usual
configuration, well attach the handles to the low pulleys on
the cable station, and standing with our arms lowered and
somewhat out at our sides, well raise our hands upward
and inward crossing our hands at face level with our elbows
slightly bent, emphasizing the contraction by squeezing and
holding for a beat at the top. Three sets of the bad boys in
the 10 to 15 rep range will close the deal. Be careful not to
suffocate yourself with a face-full of your own heaving upper
pecs.
Another day another dollar, Animal. Youve sought out a
weakness, brought it to the forefront of your consciousness
and annihilated it in broad daylight. Ever evolving and ever
improving, your progress is not an accident but the result of
honest self-evaluation and hard work. Turning flaws into
strengths is the Animals way of life. It is, to you, nothing special or exemplary, but the least you can doit is your purpose, your destiny. You know no other way.

This routine is short and sweet. Its perfect for bodybuilders who want a break out of a stale routine or for
those who want to maximize their results in the shortest period of time. This program is great for novices
and experienced bodybuilders alike. It involves basic
strength movements. Theres nothing fancy here. The
real effectiveness lies in the specific combination of
movements. Each day incorporates specific movements in the right sequence that will help you grow. I
emphasize heavier weights with absolute strict form.
Unless noted, youll perform 5 sets for each exercise.
Each successive set gets progressively heavier and
youll follow this pattern: 1st set, 8 reps; 2nd set, 6 reps;
3rd set, 4 reps; fourth set, 2 reps; and fifth set, 50% of
the weight of the 1st set to failure. In addition to the
program outlined below, theres 20 minutes of cardio
after each workout, ten minutes of stretching before
and after you finish training.

Upside down, inside out, crossways, backwards, in between and around the way, it all comes down to the
same thing. Every way you think about athletics, it boils down to desire. One deep breath, one straight shot,
one long run from scrimmage, one more big lift and then do it all over again. The athlete is not born of competition. The athlete is not even born FOR competition Competition is a by-product of another element.
DESIRE. The fundamental element in all things accomplished in this world is desire. Desire is the starting
point, its what keeps us going through the years, and at the end its all that ever mattered.
I think about a football player like Earl Campbell. I dont see his statistics on any page. I am not a radio talk
show host; my mind doesnt work that way. The film reel burned in my brain tells the story of a run that
should have been a huge loss. Earl was hit behind the line. The play never had a chance to develop.
Defenders banged off Earls body like raindrops off a roof. Soon a few defenders had handfuls of Earls jersey and it looked for sure that he would go down. At that point Earl actually ran out of his jersey and left his
would-be tacklers holding only shreds of his jersey in their hands. I can see his massive thighs pumping like
pistons as he defied reality and left us all a little better off for having seen this demonstration of pure desire
in motion. I thank God for that vision tattooed on my soul, for it embodies a mans will to achieve.
Nothing is more powerful than that base elemental instinct, that which propels you into your chosen arena
of battle. You will engage your opponent on the field of battle, through this medium you also have an opportunity to engage a mans most formidable opponent Himself. Many of us know what its like to compete,
some of us have felt what it means to win or succeed. What about those of us who strain to fit the mold of
modern athletic competition? Do they not burn with the same desire to achieve that Earl Campbell showed
the world that day long ago?
Desire has been the driving force of my life for almost all of my years, and it has pit me against my strongest
adversary on a daily basis Me. At times I have felt the warmth of swollen pride that victory brings, other
times I have winced from the sting of my perceived failures. I never basked in the glow of a win for too long,
nor have I lamented the failures for anymore than a learning experience and a stepping stone. However, I
have been and continue to be grateful for the courage to engage my one true opponent. Im frequently
asked if I intend to compete in bodybuilding soon and if so when and where. I have studied long and hard
on this query, but once again my train of thought leads me back to square one--DESIRE. The plain truth of
the matter is that not one day of my life passed without me burning with the desire to achieve. Also, I cant
remember a moment when I havent been locked in bloody combat with the man in the mirror.
I think Ill wait and see what the future holds in terms of competition in the accepted modern definition of
that word. In my own twisted, blood soaked, disturbed mind I know that I live every day of my life in continual competition, and there aint no fucking trophies in that show. I continue to look forward with fanatical
enthusiasm regarding my future. I also look forward to being written off and underestimated and thankful
for that. Know this, anytime someone underestimates you, feel nothing but gratitude. Feel this way because
you will be the last person they expect to see in their rear view mirror. It will deepen the pleasure when you
ram it up their asses. I continue to adjust to my own shape and shadow and to the storm of things to come.
I am truly engulfed by my pursuit of a body that exemplifies my DESIRE to ACHIEVE and at no time has this
goal been of more importance than right now.
Leg day. You know its gonna hurt, bad. You know when
its all over, youll have to drag your ass out of the
gym and drive home with your legs shaking. You know if
you dont give it your all, your whole week is ruined.
This is sacrifice. This is Animal. Can you handle it?

Awesome strength increase, endurance, got way more reps with heavier weights
and lasted longer with lighter weight and more reps in other exercises. Great pumps
and great gains, definitely. - Toni69
Occasional raise in body temperature during training. Significant increase in strength
and focus in the gym. Big increase in squats and deadlifts. - MassManiac
Was sweating constantly during workouts. Recovery time was great and there was
an increase in intensity and focus during the workouts. Gained size and strength
while bodyweight decreased 4 lbs. Noticed more muscle hardness and there was a
feeling of fullness in the muscles as well. - Big Wides
Weight increased by 1.62% in 3 weeks--that's a decent gain for me in such a short
amount of time. I have noticed my reps on squats, deads, and bench improving. For
deads, I used to go up to 405 and do 2-3 reps, maybe do 2-3 sets of those. Now,
405x5 then add more weight. On dead and bench days, I do 7 sets because it just
feels great. I've also noticed I don't want to leave the gym. I get so pumped that I want
to keep going. I hope that feeling continues... - Hercules
Worked out 15 days with 6 off days in the 21 day cycle. This is more then I regularly
workout in 21 days because I was driven to train more. I had the itch and pump to
keep it going. It wasn't just my psyche because I wouldn't have been able to sustain
this level of intensity or volume of work had M not been helping me. - widdlewade44
Awesome product. Overall I felt like I had more endurance and was more explosive
in my lifts. I could lift harder and longer than before. Stimulated my hunger and thirst
as well. I feel more solid after taking it; my muscles are definitely harder. Quick on
recovery too, the next day I was rested and ready to go again. I cannot wait for this to
be on the market. - Barron
This was my very first time putting a supplement in my body. This was a very great
experience for myself, and I saw the power of Animal supplements. The pumps were
better and longer lasting. I was stronger and much more focused. My appetite
increased tremendously, and I couldnt stop drinking water. Everything improved.
- Pokoritel
I couldnt believe how much mass I put on with M. Every time I looked in the mirror I
could see myself getting bigger and looking fuller. In a matte of two weeks I had my
roommate questioning whether or not I was juicing... I dont think I looked that big, but
I was shocked with the size gains myself. Strength gains went up like crazy as well. I
added an average of 13.5 lbs to all of my lifts in 21 days... pretty crazy stuff. My
recovery was awesome as well. - Freakshow
In the beginning I had an incredible increase in hunger and thirst. I also wanted to hit
the weights hard during this cycle. I had increased recovery within workouts (from set
to set). I also had increased recovery from my weight session to my kickboxing
sessions. I definitely would say M works because in the first week off the supp I
have only gained 0.2 pounds. That is in comparison to the 0.67 pounds I gained per
week while on M. - Conquistador
Project M looks to be another good supp from Animal. I was cutting calories while I
was on it and still managed to gain strength. I definitely maintained muscle mass. The
stimulants gave me a slight boost, but no jitters. Mental focus was really on point. I
was doing power partials and very high intensity work and recovery was still really
good, even with fewer calories. Project M was really the only thing that changed in my

article
I started out not sure what to expect, but my strength went up about 15 pounds on the bench, 20 on the squat and a good 30 on the
deadlift. I also did some checking with my cleans while I was testing. My weight went up a good nine pounds, which doesnt seem like
much, but in a competition that makes a big difference Id say it is a good investment as all people who train with strength can
attest to the value of a good amino supplement. - C. Sisk

been around for decades and have been
used by countless athletes. As supplements, theyve stood the test of time.
Theyve also been studied in great depth

has shown that amino acids are anabolic.
But that research has also shown that timing, dosages, and the mix of aminos are all
extremely important. To get things rolling,
you gotta start with the right mix, forms and
types of aminos to gain the maximum anabolic advantage. Animal Nitros got it all.

His place shall never be with those cold and timid souls
who knew neither victory nor defeat. That is the real shit
right there. Words spoken by President Theodore
Roosevelt almost a century ago. The man Teddy was speaking of is the kind of guy we all need to be... A gladiator in the
arena of life. The risk-taker, the warrior, the one willing to go
all out and put it all on the line in pursuit of his dream. The
man who takes control of his destiny, antes up and puts it all
on the table, knowing that it is better to dare greatly and fail,
than to play it safe and never try at all. Fuck that. Life is too
short and there aint no reset button on this game. There
aint no return flight on this trip, so it is about time we step
up to the plate and go for ours today, because tomorrow
may never come.
There are steps to be taken to illuminate the path of success. We always need to conceive a master plan to be executed and carried out, forever progressing towards a goal
just over the horizon. Laying a foundation for the house of
our dreams starts with just one brick. Once you start pulling
those new bricks from the pile and laying them in place, the
wall grows pretty quickly. Visualize your goals, pile up those
bricks, and use these tools to lay them in place. Before you
know it, youll be living large in a mansion fit for a king.
Conceive to Achieve
Before we get ahead of ourselves lets clear one thing up:
Youve first gotta know what in fact it is that you want out of
life. Who are you really? What makes you happy? What
makes you proud? What motivates you? What is your ideal
life? You need the answers to these questions or youll go
nowhere fast. You need to identify your goals clearly and in
detail before you can set out to achieve anything. The more
you know about yourself and what you want out of life, the
easier it is to map out a game plan to get there.
First Things First
Prioritize. If you want to be a bodybuilder more than anything else, then bodybuilding has to come first--before
everything else. Shit, maybe Im overstating the need for
tunnel vision, but you must be consumed by your goals in
order to reach them... You gotta do your homework. You get
out what you put in, believe that. You have to find time to
train, to prepare your food, to eat and to take your supplements, to be about the business of being a bodybuilder.
Yeah, you need to be obsessive, but that is what it takes to
be the best at anything. If that is asking too much, then get
used to being an also ran. Dont worry; you wont be lonely--that isnt a particularly exclusive club.

DEFINE HARDCORE
Vinny: Hardcore is a guy who works hard. He
trains smart and never misses a meal. Hes a
guy who is absolutely dedicated. A freak, on
the other hand, is someone who eats like shit
and trains like shit, and is still a freak. He looks
fucking great no matter what he does.
Schak: Yeah, a freak can just look at the
weights and hell grow like a fucking weed.
Hes got the genetics. The right attitude can
make up some ground though. Hardcore is old
time, old school bodybuilding. Hardcore is
always trying to break through limitations.
Machine: Hardcore is a compliment. It means
youve achieved something that others can
only dream about. You give up everything.
Everything. You get used to pain. You train
through injuries. You give up a normal life. It
takes you two hours just to make your meals
everyday. And there are no shortcuts. I
remember one time, this one light heavy actually competed with synthol and blood oozing
out of his shoulder. It was a mockery of bodybuilding. Sure, freakiness and size is great. But
if youre a bag of oil, Im not impressed.
Anyone can get a bottle of oil and shoot up.
Anyone can buy size in a bottle. What separates a champion from everyone else is a work
ethic. You cant buy that. Thats hardcore.
Joe: Its an attitude. Its not screaming in the
gym. Its not wearing tank tops in forty degree
weather. Its not about excuses why you cant
squat. Its not being an asshole to other guys in
the gym. Its not about spitting or throwing
weights around. Its about intensity and dedication. Its about going into the gym and getting
the job done. No excuses. Its about the way
you think: iron is no match for you. Its about
dreaming of the next workout when youve just
finished your current one. Its staying hungry,
always wanting more.
Machine: Yeah, its all that. Me, I learned the old
school methods from the old-time, hardcore
bodybuilders. Old school or hardcore. To me,
theyre one and the same. Both mean you have
to be willing to get your hands dirty. It means
enjoying the feeling of lying under bone-crushing poundages. Most lifters can't wait to put the
weights down at the end of a set. Old time bodybuilders live for it. We dream of it at night.

Be prepared This is going to be a rough ride. Im not saying you
want to do this all the time but once in awhile you can be different.
So you wanna be a bodybuilder Of course you know how to diet,
train, what supplements to take Youre on your way. The way I see
it, youre on your way back to the drawing board. Maybe youre one
of those people who makes everything technical: Well if I up my
carbohydrate meals by 20%, I should be able to gain about 20
pounds of muscle in the off-season. Or on the other hand, Maybe
if I only eat one or two meal(s) less, I can decrease my body fat by
5% and be ready for a show within the next three months.
Some of these approaches are so full of shit, I can smell it. Go
ahead, spend all your time on the computer looking at those opinionated, wasteland bodybuilding chat rooms that have arguments
such as, What is leaner, chicken or tuna? Everyone thinks they
know it all, but putting it into perspective, they often dont know
shit. The reality is pricelesseverybody wants to be a bodybuilder,
but few want to lift heavy weights or eat the shit that they should
be eating. I am here today to make you well aware of what you
should be doing and not what youre doing. We will dissect the
word bodybuilding and draw three conclusions: What is good,
bad, and necessary when it comes to dieting.
ty, and leanness. The kind of physique that causes everyone to look at
you and say, Damn, whos that?!? However, in order to do this, you
must first build a basenot by dieting, but by getting thick.
Now lets move on to what novices like to call dieting or pre-contest. By now, after a good year or two, you should weigh 210, solidly
built, strong as an ox and be banging any girl who even seems
remotely interested (dont be misled, girls still dig big guys). Lets diet
What do I mean? Lets carve out a specimen. How do we do that you
ask? Well we will only eat 5 meals of low sodium low fat tuna out of a
can with asparagus on the side for about 16 weeks, creating a flat,
emaciated version of the same physique. Are you out of your fucking
mind? Brother, listen to me By the time you go onstage, weeds
would have more thickness than you, but you will be shredded.
This is neither what you want nor what the judges want to see; they
get paid for critiquing a physique, not thrashing another body
onstage. The same principles apply to dieting as they do to getting
big, but in a different context. Calories are kept high; feed your body
to maintain muscle and possibly gain, do your cardio consistently
and keep the training the same. Dont do more reps with a lighter
weightit is a waste of your time and energy; get a pump doing 1012 reps and go home, period.
Taking into consideration that you are in your mid 20s, about 58, and
weighing a sleek 170, your off-season (as beginners like to call it) is not
about upping your calories by a whopping 500 clean calories to promote tremendous growth. Your potential is being limited by so many of
these empty theories. I am going to let you in on a little secret that has
only been around for about 40 years or so: If you wanna grow, eat. Red
meat, eggs, potatoes, pancakes, pasta, rice (dont listen to anyoneit
does not matter whether it is white or brown), chicken, and, believe it or
not, bread. These are some of your friends. These are the friends you
should be hanging out with anywhere between 6-8 times a day. Go out,
have a beer and relax Try to get laidit is a good de-stressor.
I know what youre thinking: But what if all these unwanted calories,
carbohydrates, and fats make me look bloated, smooth, and quite
possibly (dont say it, please dont say it) fat? Who fucking cares?!?
Do you think all the top competitors were never fat at one point in their
career? You think that Mr. Olympia got to be 296 pounds on stage by
monitoring his caloric intake in the off-season? He also realizes that
force-feeding (yes, eating even when youre not hungry) is and always
will be an evil necessity to this sport. No one I know ever grew by eating chicken in a salad with a tablespoon of oil and balsamic vinegar
Some of these guys--waiting for them to make gains is like watching
grass grow. A 2,000-2,500 calorie diet should not even be a thought.
Remember it is okay to get big; it is part of the sport.
Remember, your body needs to burn off some source of energy from
fat or carbs before it hits protein. You do not want to burn proteinthen,
my friend, youre burning all that muscle you have worked so hard for.
Some guys diet using fat and protein. Other guys diet using carbs and
protein. There is no secret to this either Use whatever your body
adapts to better. True, tuna and asparagus will cut fat, but it will put you
right back to step 1 recognizing that something aint right. A pre-contest diet sucks. I mean lets face it, going from eating everything that
tastes good to everything that is dry and hard to swallow (make sure
you drink plenty of water to wash down that dry chicken or can of
tuna) is not exactly an easy transition. But remember, it is all part of the
necessary evils that I talk about in this sport.
Heres another secret that you may have not heard in the past 20 years:
Lifting weights does not make you grow. Lifting actually breaks down
muscle until you feed it. So when you feed, feed well. If you want to
grow, put down the 4 ounces of chicken and broccoli and opt for
Burger King (Wendys is my favorite), or about a pound of steak and
some baked potatoes. And yeah, throw in a lean protein shake for shits
and giggles. Again lets go back to the word bodybuildingforming a
body with the correct symmetry, hardness, muscle density, vasculari-
Now since I have shed some light on the subject of bodybuilding and
have shown you both sides of the coin, you should be sick and tired

is just a base for you to start with. Dont get me wrong, some of you
will cheat on your diet, probably not eat enough in the off-season and
do the exact opposite of everything I just talked about. But the few
who have comprehended and absorbed the information will be in a
good position when they compete First.
You stand alone, ten plates in the hole. Its you versus
the weight. Youre thinking, Im gonna get friggin
crushed. Youre thinking, Im not gonna get up. But
you will. You always do. Yeah, youll puke. Yeah, itll
be hard getting off the shitter the next couple days. But
itll be worth it, cuz when theres chalk on your hands
and sweat on your back, theres no better place in the
world. This is pain. This is Animal. Can you handle it?

for ten, as my squats improved, so did my deadlifts." - N. Geoghagen, New York

The unmotivated. The weak. The ones that always have an
excuse for why they have not yet reached their goals. You
know the type of person Im talking about. The could have
been, the should have been, the almost was something
type. Are you one of them? Or do you grab your dreams by
the balls, take control of what you want, and go after it? Do
you have the heart, determination, drive, persistence, perseverance, and that Animal lust for that which will undeniably
be yours one day? Do you want to be big? Strong? Can you
muster up enough drive and ambition every time you are in
the gym to give your all? Can you mentally say fuck the world
and everything in it cuz all that exists right now is this weight
I am about to move, no matter what?
Listen up brothers. Motivation is the key to anything in life. In
the world of iron, only the motivated will survive. There is
nothing like the feeling of adrenaline coursing through your
veins like a jacked up hydraulic pump making you shake,
sweat, and filling you with anger and rage right before a
heavy lift. Its the fucking best. I love it. You have to love it. If
you dont you should probably go buy a fitness magazine
and read up on the latest to firm up that fat ass of yours. Did
I say that? Sorry, I guess that may have been a little rough,
but fuck it, so is training like an Animal.
Moving iron takes motivation. Growing to those sick proportions of the ones we consider freaks takes motivation. Some
of my favorite motivators are heavy music, new gyms, and different training partners to bang heads and compete with while
training. Training with someone who is stronger and much
more developed is a great motivator. Lastly and probably the
most powerful motivator for me is finding that one thought that
enrages me enough to rip someones arms and legs off.
I wont share my thoughts, cuz they are mine and may be a
little twisted, but they work for me. Whats life like without a
spine? I dont know cuz I have one. I imagine it would be a life
full of fear of failing to the point that you are a doormat for
anyone who wants to wipe his feet on you. Are you willing to
let others wipe their feet on you? Can you find a way to light
a fire in you to make you push? Take a look at some of the
most successful people in the world and they are all motivated. Shit, even some of the worlds most notorious criminals
have motivation to act out they way they do. One truly motivated person can inspire everyone around them.
Right now you are probably thinking how the fuck is this article going to help motivate me? Heres how, man. I want you to
pick a goal. Whether its a few extra pounds to a heavy lift, or
a few extra inches of muscle on your body, take a look at what
you want. Be realistic cuz you are never going to put on 100
pounds of solid muscle in a month no matter how motivated
you are. Now ask yourself, Why did I pick this goal? Is it cuz
you want to impress some hottie? Maybe its cuz you are tired
of being the fat guy? Or is it cuz you want to break records in
competitions and look like a fucking Animal? The reason for
picking the goal is the same thing that should motivate you.
Take the lead out of your dirty underwear and get moving.
Not tomorrow, today. Dont put it off. Get to work now.
Believe in yourself and go get what you want. No, dont just
go get it. Attack it and take it cuz its yours. Take it cuz you
know that in your heart if you dont, you will never forget that
it was there all along for the taking and you just bitched up
and let it go. You have to be able to look yourself in the mirror everyday of your life. How is it going to feel if you let goals
and aspirations pass you by? Love it, live it, be it...
One thing I love about what I do is that I knew all along in my
life that it was exactly what I wanted to do. I never let anyone
tell me different. I remember when I first started to compete
as an adult and having family members say, Why are you
still doing that? I have some very successful people in my
family but mostly could have beens and should have
beens. They never took what they wanted. Most of them
thought I was wasting my time. Its funny how those same
people now brag about me being an IFBB pro, or being in a
magazine or on TV. They doubt me no more. This is fuel for
me. I am different... Are you?
Can you say that when you were 16 and you wanted to be
huge, win titles and compete as a pro, that you actually followed through? I can. Im not saying this to brag but its a
great feeling when I can say I had a dream and instead of letting it go like everyone else, I actually went for it at all costs. I
hope that it motivates and shows my kids, once I have some,
that if you really want anything bad enough, you can reach it.
Picking a competition and training, dieting, sacrificing, all
seem hard at the time, but when you nail that fucking title to
the wall and claim it as your own, its the best feeling in the
world. And no one can take that away from you.
So whats inside you? This is it. This is the time. There is only
now. Tomorrow is a dream and a day away. Can you go after
what you want? Yes, only if you are motivated. The real question is, are you? Or do you believe that tomorrow will come and
bring the motivation with it? Yeah well while you are waiting for
tomorrow, I will be doing heavy squats and deads today while
you are watching me on TV. Animals? Yes, at Animalpak.com
we are. Why? Cuz we go after what we want and we dont wait
for tomorrow to bring us motivation.
Be real, dont be fake. Be smart, dont waste your time. Find
that spark inside you and make it the biggest fucking fire
around. Let it burn out of control. Take control of your destination and never give it up. Stop making excuses, make it
work. All the pleasures in life cannot compare to living your
dream. If you dream of being big, strong, lifting heavy, competing, and winning then go do it. Get off your fucking ass.
The only thing that I fear is the thought that one day I may not
have a dream... So I will not let this one go until I get all that I
want. Take it. Be an Animal. Fuck everything else.
Yeah, you pay your gym dues but it goes well beyond that.
You pay your dues every time you squat. You pay them every
time you choke down another can of tuna. You pay them every
time you puke. This is what you pay just so you can respect
yourself and call yourself a man. This is membership in
the brotherhood of iron. This is Animal. Can you handle it?
I started out not sure what to expect, but my strength went up about 15 pounds on the bench, 20 on the squat and a good 30 on the
deadlift. I also did some checking with my cleans while I was testing. My weight went up a good nine pounds, which doesnt seem like
much, but in a competition that makes a big difference Id say it is a good investment as all people who train with strength can
attest to the value of a good amino supplement. - C. Sisk
Animal Nitro. Old school meets new
school. Weve taken tried and true classics,
amino acids, and brought them up to date
for the serious lifter whos looking for
something more. Listen, amino acids have
been around for decades and have been
used by countless athletes. As supplements, theyve stood the test of time.
Theyve also been studied in great depth
over the years. And those studies are
always moving forward Recent research
has shown that amino acids are anabolic.
But that research has also shown that timing, dosages, and the mix of aminos are all
extremely important. To get things rolling,
you gotta start with the right mix, forms and
types of aminos to gain the maximum ana-

daily dose
While the form and types of aminos are
important, so too is the blend. You need
the right ratios of EAA to extract the maximum benefits. Animal Nitro has the right
ratios. Animal Nitro is the only amino acid
supplement that contains Human Muscle
Protein Complex. We used the amino
acid profile found in actual human muscle
protein itself when we created Animal
Nitro. Why? By matching the types and
ratios of amino acids to human muscle,
you can potentially increase the availability of each individual essential amino acid
in proportion to its requirement for
When lifting, there is a critical 4-hour anabolic window of opportunity that exists.
To take advantage of this window, take 1
pack within 30 minutes following resistance training. For even better results, take
2 packs daily the first immediately
before lifting, and the second within 30
minutes after. If you use a post-training
protein shake, wait at least another 30-45
minutes after youve taken the Animal
Nitro pack before drinking your shake.
Always take Animal Nitro on an empty
stomach, preferably with 8 oz. of grape or
other fruit juice.

animal nitro
Animal Nitro isn't cheap. Why is it better than other amino products?
Simple. A lot of so-called amino supplements out there are nothing more than
whole, intact protein powders like gelatin,
casein and whey punched into tablets. That's
what makes them cheaper. We think these
products could easily be called protein
tablets, not amino tablets. Now protein
powders are cheaper and digested more
quickly than when you turn them into tablets
(tablets can be compressed, full of fillers,
and glazed with coatings that make them
harder for the body to absorb). And to top it
all off, because of the extra manufacturing,
tabs are pricier than straight powders. So in
reality, you might only take regular amino
tablets if you wanted a convenient, timereleased, protein supplement. Now Animal
Nitro isn't a regular amino acid supplement. It
isn't a whole protein made into capsules. It's
like pure gold. It consists of individual
uncoupled aminos that are highly efficient.
It has a specific ratio of essential amino acids
called Human Muscle Protein Complex
(see below) that is modeled on actual
human muscle protein itself. With protein
powders, you can't fine tune the amino acid
profile like you can with uncoupled aminos.
When it came to Animal Nitro, we weren't
thinking about making a generic amino supplement. We wanted to make the best, targeted amino acid supplement for specific
applications: to help spark anabolism.
Animal Nitro contains essential
aminos. What's so special about
essential aminos?
Essential aminos are those aminos that
geted supplement. Animal Nitro is more efficient and it can help promote anabolism. It
should be used pre- and post-training
specifically (though it can also be used
throughout the day). According to some
unpublished results, researchers noted that
essential amino acids were incorporated
into protein, not catabolized. On the other
hand, when 40g of whey protein was ingested, urea production increased significantly.
Urea is the chief nitrogenous waste of mammals. In short, a lot of whey protein can ultimately turn into a waste product, urea,
whereas essential aminos are used by the
body. Efficiency is one difference. The other
main difference is that essential aminos in
uncoupled forms can exert specific pharmacological and physiological benefits.
I'm dieting. Can Animal Nitro help?
Whether you're dieting, bulking or maintaining, Animal Nitro can help. For dieters,
Animal Nitro can help keep energy levels up
as some of the aminos in Nitro have the ability to be oxidized (used to energy). The
aminos in Animal Nitro can also exert anticatabolic effects, helping to preserve lean
mass during calorie-restriction. Gainers can
also use Animal Nitro. With Animal Nitro,
they can get key aminos delivered fast without all the extra calories. And Animal Nitro
won't leave you feeling full or bloated.
Is 6 grams of aminos enough?
Absolutely. In fact, 6 grams is the exact
amount, provided the formula is right. This
amount is supported by published studies.
Essential aminos are just that efficient. In
one study, 6g of essential amino acids, orally-delivered, increased protein synthesis by
3.5 times. The key is that you have the use
the right kinds/forms of aminos. You can't
use 6g of a regular, conventional amino acid
supplement and definitely not 6g of a protein powder like whey. Those won't cut it.

Ive never been one to run between the rain drops. I always figured we all need to get a little wet from time to time. The world is
made of dust and water, diamonds and rocks. It is wonderfully
ridiculous and supremely sublime all at once. This life... Its
everything and its nothing at the same time. Its beautiful and
disgusting and thats OK. Its messy, its nasty and lowdown and
thats OK too. Its all OK.
Its OK because all these elements have a distinct and necessary purpose in this realm, in this world and in our lives. You have
to be willing to accept the dirt if you want the diamonds. We want
to sit down to a steak dinner fit for royalty. Well guess what?
Someone has to kill the cow. While a man is buying a $2000 suit
in New York, another man is digging a drainage trench in
Indiana. There is beauty, and there is sweat, and thats OK. There
is life and there is death and I know that my time will come too,
and for me, thats OK.
Truly there are many, many wonders to behold in this world, but
can there possibly be one more wonderful than our own lives?
To walk, run, swim, drive, even to fly... All we need do is simply
conceive of these notions and then act them out. The wonders
are part of the mundane. Wait. Are we on to something here? To
think, to conceive, and then to act... This process is simply amazing. I say this because the simplicity of the concept is so obvious, it often eludes even the most wise of us.
The first step of any journey is the most difficult. It is also the
most exciting. We come from dust but we can shape diamonds.
Our bodies are fragile yet we push through pain and disability,
through triumph and defeat. Our minds are cluttered and yet we
create beautiful objects and art. We are the underdogs of the
universe, and we will beat back the shadow of our mortality with
defiance and rage. We will fly forth with swarming energy and
one resolve... WE WILL NOT BE FORGOTTEN.
Strength lies in those who would not look away from truth. We
are, we will be and we must remain. Some of us will shine, but if
its all the same to you, I prefer to RUST. Rage and Focus be your
guide... We will find our place.

decrease by 0.9%. So there were some nominal lean mass gains. In our opinion, while the
amount of lean mass gained was pretty negligible, what struck us was the fact that the
vast majority of Alpha Testers saw increases
in strength without any real change in weight.
Subjective Parameters:
In terms of the subjective measurements,
we looked at strength, energy, fatigue and
recovery specifically. Of the respondents,
49% say they experienced better recovery
when using Animal Nitro; 68% said their
strength increased; 48% noted more energy; and 37% experienced less fatigue. In
addition to the four fields mentioned above,
Alpha Testers also commented that they
experienced muscle growth, better pumps,
enhanced endurance, increased appetites,
greater muscle thickness and density, and
the ability to overcome plateaus.
Actual Comments:
The following are some actual comments
we received from our Alpha Testers
"First let me say that this was a potent mixture that DEFINITELY helped me during my last few weeks of training
before the Mr. Michigan. I came in my all time best shape
which helped me win the middleweight class. I have been
competing since 1992 and finally made the move up to the
middleweight with moderate success. Previous years of
getting ready I always seemed to diet out the last weeks
before the show while getting weaker and flatter... Even
though I have done well in previous shows I always was
the biggest lightweight and when I finally made the move
to middleweight I never came in where I wanted to. This
year I finally did. My workouts the last few weeks amazed
my training partner. He made comments that I looked
'fuckin' stronger than when I was NOT dieting.'"
"Overall I was very satisfied with the product. I put on 6
pounds of mass and I finally increased my bench press...
I don't know if it was a mental thing or part of the product,
but the best thing I noticed was how much my intensity
increased at the gym."
"Excellent product. I was dieting while taking the product
so I was afraid that this might throw my results off. But I
was ecstatic that I was able to stay at 185 lbs while losing
about 2% bodyfat. All I can say is that this is definitely one
product that I'll keep in my supplement arsenal."
"I liked the fact that the pills were smaller and easier to
take than the Animal Pak pills. I am impressed with the
gains I made. I feel much more solid than I did at the start
of taking this supplement... I enjoyed taking this supplement, and I was impressed with the results I made."
"Awesome. I'm telling you, I was doing weight for 10
to 12 reps and normally I would only get 4 to 6 reps. My

When I first started to take the pills I did not notice anything happen. After about the first week I feel an increase
in my energy levels during my workouts. I started to

up in pounds lifted. I think it's a good base to any stacks
and for me it added that extra push to pass through that
plateau. I think if and when y'all come out with it, I will definitely get some more. I also have a couple friends that are
impressed with the changes I have had. Even though subtle they say they can tell. I recover faster and get a better
pump than before, big time. I'm also able to keep it
longer!"
"This product you sent me was awesome... I seemed to
have more energy and shorter recovery time in between
sets. I have nothing but praise..."
"I work 12-16 hrs a day so I work out late at night. The
first thing I noticed was that I was sleeping a lot more
soundly (restfully). The second thing was that I wasn't getting sore or feeling muscle fatigue even after a hard leg
workout. That was very noticeable."
"I put roughly half an inch on my arms, and I have more
thickness in my midsection that I didn't before. Overall, I
am very happy with the way this cycle turned out and
would suggest it to any one of my friends, and purchase it
myself!"
Summary:
Aside from the results weve been seeing,
one of the best things about the product is
that it can benefit a wide range of individuals including the bodybuilder, powerlifter,
or any athlete who requires a solid foundation in strength and power. Animal Nitro
can also help athletes who are dieting,
bulking or just maintaining.

Carbs plus aminos postworkout induce muscle growth. No shit, youre thinking I knew
that. Everybody who trains hard knows the deal, but how many truly practice what they
preach? Beyond that, few optimize this vital window by using the aminos best suited to
ignite anabolism: EAAs. Animal Nitro G supplies you with the perfect dose of these essential amino acids along with 35g of dextrose to blast you into the growth zone.
The latest supplement research shows that the synergistic effects of supplementing with
carbohydrates and essential amino acids aid in maximizing the anabolic response to
weight training. Clinical studies performed in recent years have already shown that essential amino acids can exert significant anabolic effects via increased protein synthesis and
net nitrogen balance. These EAAs are able to quickly form a bolus, thus bypassing the
liver where they directly enter into systemic circulation. In so doing, free form EAAs can
quickly exert their anabolic effects.
A new published study (2006) further looked at the effect that essential amino acids and/or
carbohydrate ingestion plays on hormonal and muscular adaptations following resistance
training. A placebo group was also utilized in the study as a control. Blood samples were
taken at 4 week intervals starting at week 0 up until week 12. The findings were remarkable and proof positive of the benefits of ingesting an EAA/carbohydrate blend like Animal
Nitro G postworkout.
Stress is a killer It causes increased muscle protein breakdown that results in loss of
muscle mass and potentially in muscle atrophyshit you need to avoid at all costs. The
most common stress indicator is increased blood or urinary cortisol levels. This recent
study found that all groups showed a decrease in pre-exercise cortisol. However, post
exercise cortisol levels increased during each training phase for the control group, no
change was shown by the straight EAA, while carbohydrate and carbohydrate plus EAA
showed post-exercise decreases in cortisol. This demonstrates that carbohydrates play
an important role in lowering post-workout cortisol levels. However, upon further exami-
nation, it is clear that the ideal scenario does not provide for the ingestion of carbohydrates alone But you already knew that.
Another important finding of this study is that EAA and carb ingestion minimized 3-methyl
histidine excretion 48 hours after exercising. 3-methyl histidine is an important indicator of
protein catabolism in muscle. Increases in urinary 3-methyl histidine levels indicate muscle tissue catabolism. Since muscle contains the largest level of 3-methyl histidine in the
body, urinary levels relate directly to muscle breakdown The more of it in your piss, the
more catabolic you are.
The EAA and carbohydrate blend showed a 26% decrease in 3-methyl histidine while the
placebo showed an increase in 52%. Once again this shows that EAAs and carbs, like
those found in Nitro G. working together have a positive anabolic effect by blunting protein breakdown. This new study shows the synergistic effect of EAAs and carb ingestion
maximizes the anabolic response of resistance training by limiting the post-exercise rise
in protein degradation and inhibiting post-training cortisol release. Bottom line: EAAs with
carbs will help you limit cortisol release and minimize catabolism allowing you to recover
and add muscle more quickly.
This study reiterates what you Animals already knewthe advantages of taking in amino
acids and carbohydrates postworkout, while effective individually, are weak when compared to the amplified benefits of ingesting them together. The key here is, of course,
using the right aminosin this case, the essential amino acids. This is where an essential amino acid supplement like Animal Nitro G benefits bodybuilders. EAAs, when combined with a carbohydrate drink immediately post trainingcan dramatically improve anabolic response to, and recovery from resistance training. Animal Nitro G provides those
EAAs and has the carbohydrates built right in. It comes conveniently dosed in individual
packs and is available in a delicious grape flavor that tastes almost exactly like real
grape juice. Now you know the deal, get some Nitro G And get big.

This time is the time I carved out of my non-stop mind smashing day, so I could give
you the biggest and best Christmas gift of your life... I want to give you the gift of bonejarring weight piled on top of you, of countless reps that leave you soaked in sweat
and seeing spots on the floor. The gift of reckless abandon, of not caring what happens as long as it brings you one more fucking inch closer to your goal. Reach down
deep this holiday season and bear down on yourself. Tell Mom and Aunt Sally, No
more fucking cookies please. Put that shit away and focus on the battle at hand.
The battle I speak of is the battle for the best part of your life. How fucking bad do you
want it? How much abuse can you tolerate? I always get a lot of shit on that one from
the nose-in-the-air wannabe scientists who somehow find themselves in this sport.
They look at me as if to say, It shouldnt cause you physical distress to train and compete in this game. If you believe that one then you might as well give it up and sell
popsicles on the fucking beach or some shit. The ones who will push the envelope
and meet their destinies are those who can absorb the most pain. Its just that fucking
simple, and please dont get bullshitted into believing otherwise.
So then, there it is, the biggest and best gift of your lives, the cold hard truth. Dont
waste time fucking around. Get down to business. Fear and laziness bring shame and
dishonor. Let failure never see the light of day. Do this with me because I am there with
you as well. When people look into my eyes, they see how I burn to be better. They
know I wont be stopped. They know when I come into the gym Im gonna drop the
shitload, so they better be someplace else.
I want all of these things for you too. I want you to feel the power of reckless abandon.
I want you to gain the respect of friend and foe alike. I want them all to clear a path for
you as you come through. Go over, under, around or through whatever or whoever
stands in your way. Put that steel on your back and give it a motherfuckin ride, son.

We begin Volume 1 of our five part series on the
development of the physique. So why not start with
one of everybodys favorite beefy bodyparts, arms?
This along with chest is the bodypart that is associated with most bodybuilders. Who doesnt want huge
triceps and bulging biceps? I will map it all out for you
up and comerswhat to do, what not to do, mindset,
intensity, and attitude. I am doing everything for you
except fucking feeding you. But I do have faith in all of
you readers out there that feel the need to read this
article because you know that you will walk away
learning something. So lets get started, shall we?
No arm workout is ever truly great unless you have a
good partner to lift with. But if hes late, fuck him;
youre not there for his convenience. So you and your
partner walk into the gym. You assess the situation. It
is Monday, so you know everyone and his mother is
doing chest today No worries on waiting for a
machine. You have a plan of attack as soon as you
walk into the space that you claim your own. Today is
a superset day: One bicep movement followed by one
tricep movement. You decide that you want to start
with a cable tricep pushdown supersetting it with a
standing EZ bar curl. Your partner does not like the
idea and offers a different alternative. You being the
more knowledgeable tell him to shut the fuck up or go
home. He graciously accepts.
You do a warm up set of 15 with a light weight. You
break a small sweat as you progress into both sets.
For this first set, your form is immaculate, but this
wont last for long. You decide to go up 4 plates on the
pushdown station and another 30 pounds on the EZ
bar. You do a hard set of 12 on each, struggling with
the last rep on each movement.
The weight feels good, so you decide to go up again
on each exercise Another 4 plates on the pushdown
and 30 pounds on the curl. Taking weights on and off
of the bar is a pain in the ass, but in order to grow, it is
one of those necessary evils. Your next set is a tough
one; you get 10 reps on the pushdown with a small
spot from your partner, who is amazed at the intensity
and desire you show. Catch your breath for a half
minute and move right into the curl. This gets fucking
heavy. You barely get 10, cheating on each rep, with
the help of a 2 rep spot, but thats OK, you felt them. In
between your third and your last working sets, you
stare at the pushdown rack, amazed that you are
doing weight that you never thought you could do.
Since you are already three-quarters of the way down
the rack, you rack the whole fucking pushdown
machine. You start your set fighting your way through
8 reps and almost getting a ninth. You do a drop set to
half the weight which still feels like a thousand pounds. Your triceps are
burning, feeling like they are about to tear off your skin. You barely get 8 with
such a light weight. You scream with effort. Everyone is looking at you like
you just lifted the world over your head. Take a breather.
You go to the curl, adding another 30 pounds. Just lifting the weight from the
rack and holding it makes that small little vein in your neck look like it is about
to explode. 1 2 3 (rest a second). Three more, your partner yells. 4 5
and 6. As your bicep feels like it just was pierced with a knife, you do a drop
set with half the weight. You get barely get another 6, looking like you are
rowing the weight at the end since you are cheating so much. Remember,
cheat to growit is philosophy that should always be practiced when in the
gym. Your arms are tired and hard as rock. Your partner is hurting and ready
to go home. As for you, youve just gotten done with your warm up sets
By now, your shirt should be fairly soaked and sweat should continually be
dripping down your brow. You continue on to a close grip bench press,
supersetting it with a machine preacher curl. Since you are so knowledgeable, you know that the close-grip bench press is a major mass building
movement and a preacher curl promotes a bicep peakgood combo. Since
the warm up is done, you decide to go heavy to start on both movements.
Starting with 225 lb. on the bar, you easily perform 10 reps. No need to do any
more reps because you want to save your energy for the next 3 sets. You walk
over to the preacher curl machine. You place the pin halfway done the rack;
you pick up the weight and still feel that it is too light so you add another 5
plates. You perform a set of 12. Since this is a shaping movement, no need to
perform any less than 10 reps (yeah right).
Back to the bench, you add another 50 lb. to the bar and get set to launch
that weight for a tough 10 that ends with a grunt of relief. Shit. Ever wonder
why we describe a good set or a good workout with an inappropriate four
letter word? Going back to the preacher curl, you stop and sip some Animal
Nitro G. Why not pump the muscles up with glycogen and some essential
aminos now? No need to wait.
You down a quarter of it and raise the weight on the preacher curl to rack the
stack. You get yourself set, armpits on the pad, back straight, and only moving
the lower arm. Yeah right... You rack the weight to move more weight, to get
bigger, even if it is a shaping exercise. You grunt out another set of 12, not paying attention to the 20 people looking at you wondering how a human being
could possibly be that strong. Sip some more of that Nitro G That grape flavor tastes so fucking good. And its good for ya.
You now throw 315 on the bar to close grip for a set of 8. Your partner at this
point has already quit and is only there to root you on. You get under the bar
and think to yourself, Why not do a triple drop set? You begin your set,
arms shaking as you lower the weight to the bottom of your chest. Exploding
up, the bar just gets heavier and heavier with each rep as you struggle to get
8. Come on you pussy, push it up! Strip, you yell to your spotter. Down to
225 you barely get another 8. Strip one more time. This shouldnt be difficult
now Its only 135 lb. You barely get 8 reps, dying on the last one.
You sit up trying to catch your breath and shake out the pain. Your arms are
so fucking pumped now Huge. Have another sip of your Nitro G and head
on to the last set of the preachers. On the way, you grab 20 lb. to place on
top of the machine to add some extra weight to an already racked stack. You
get set, picking up the weight and curling it with a mission 6 7 8 Drop.
Cut the weight in half 6 7 8 Drop again. You try to drop the weight and
curl but your bicep physically does not let you. Alright, I think youre done
with this exercise.
Almost at the finale of the workout, you decide to throw 3 sets of the dip
machine in with 3 sets of a seated dumbbell curl. Your arms are so fatigued
and pumped at this point you cant even scratch the top of your head. You
do a set on the dip machine for 12 with a fairly heavy weight. Right now, a
milk carton would feel heavy. Youre curling 45 pound dumbbells for a hard
set of 10 with each arm. One set felt like an eternity. Your arms are killing you.
You finish your Nitro G and sit on the bench next to your partner who halfassed the workout. Getting some blood back in your head, you repeat the
same movements, this time feeling even worse. You decide not to do the last
set because you cant move and have no blood left in your head.
So lets recap our arm regimen:
Cable Tricep Pushdowns superset w/ Standing Curls (EZ curl bar)
Set 1: 15 reps (warm up)
Set 2: 12 reps
Set 3: 10 reps
Set 4: 10 reps
Set 5: 8 reps (drop weight and do another 8 reps)
Close Grip Bench Press superset w/Preacher Curl Machine
Close Grip Bench Press:
Set 1: 10 reps
Set 2: 10 reps
Set 3: 8 reps ( do a double drop set of 8 reps each)
Preacher Curl Machine
Set 1: 12 reps
Set 2: 12 reps
Set 3: 8 reps do a double drop set of 8 reps each)
Tricep Dip Machine: 12 reps x 3 sets
Supersetted with Seated Dumbbell Curls: 10 reps x 3 sets
Over twenty sets for arms in a matter of an hour. As you sit on the bench to
regroup, you get some feeling back in your arms and a semblance of consciousness back to your brain. Then as you drag yourself to the locker room
to gather your belongings you ask yourself, How the fuck am I going to
drive home?
This, my friends, is an arm workout. Work your ass off, intensify your sets,
and leave knowing that you accomplished something. This is the workout of
someone who wants it bad The workout of a champion. If this doesnt motivate you or your partner to finish the workout, then I dont know what will.
Volume 2 of this series, Back To Basics, will illustrate the intricacies of training back and show you what it takes to bring about the development of a legendary backside. Until then, have fun training arms and remember to call a
cab after youre done.

The gym is the greatest metaphor for life there is. Every time
you attempt a new lift, or even simply try to maintain your
previous best, there is that haunting feeling in the pit of you
stomach. It aint fear, its pressure. The pressure to handle
the weight, to take the heat, to, at the very least, maintain or
better yet, to strive to take it all to the next level. That weight,
that pressure, is what we carry with us everyday of our lives.
The kind of pressure that gives you gray hairs in your early
twenties That shit is no joke. That pressure doesnt come
from external sources like society or parents or spouses. It
comes from within. It is the burden that every great man
must bear. Life without dreams and aspirations and the pressure that comes along with them aint no kinda life at all. Ill
take that heat; Ill deal with the pressure because that is the
price I must pay to be great. You hear cats say, Be easy or

You give them half, G. The other half you keep for yourself.
That was my boy Mikeys advice. Words of wisdom. But easier said than done, especially for a brother like me. Ive
always been the all or nothing type. Its just who I am. And it
aint always a good thing. My heart is on my sleeve. With that
sort of approach to life comes much heartache, hardship and
disappointment. I also feel that it is the only way to be if you
are to truly get what you want out of life. Obviously, it is a
double edged sword. It makes victory sweet and loss devastating. Its hot or cold, black or white. Ive got no time or interest in lukewarm or gray. Im all in from the flop. Either you
are with me or against me. If Im in your corner, Ive got your
back to the end. This mindset can make you the best friend,
the best spouse, and the best teammate in the world. It can
also set you up to be taken advantage of or taken for granted. You take for granted the axle that holds the wheels on
your car, until that fucker snaps and you end up in a ditch on

This stuffs great! Works within half an hour, not like your typical creatine supplement. Gives you a pump throughout your workout from beginning to end. Highly recommended for anyone who is serious about getting big and strong. - Jimmy V.
The pump... It is the holy grail of bodybuilding.
It is that most addictive of sensations that
keeps gym rats hooked for life. It is euphoric

There are days, however, where no matter

unattainable Set after wasted set, you toil in
vain. Nothing. Nada. Zilch. You yearn to be
pumped and swole and instead you are
beaten and weary. On other days, the pump
is fleeting. As quickly as it arrives, it is gone

It is the only moment in the day which is truly yours. Your
time. Your body. Your workout. You zone out and forget all
the outside bullshit. There are no distractions, no women, no
fuckin cell phones, nothing except you and the weights. This
is the time of the day that is solely devoted to your well being
and improvement. Your workout is the time to kick yourself in
the ass and make yourself grow and mature as a bodybuilder, whether or not you compete. Since this is your time,
how do you approach it? What theory or philosophy does
one follow in order to get the maximum results? I am here
today to teach all you beginners what that hour should symbolize and what great strides one can accomplish in 60-90
minutes of focused training.
The first lesson that you will learn as soon as you walk into the
gym--either before work or after a hard day of listening to
your boss chew you a new asshole--is that you are now the
leader and not the follower. You must become your own disciple. Fuck other people who tell you things that are irrelevant
to your goals, dont listen to the bullshit. You are there for one
thing: to better yourself each and every day. You dont go
there to motivate anybody else. I have become successful
because I dont take anyone elses shit when training. Dont
worry about the dude standing next to you who criticizes your
form If it works for you, then it is perfect form. You dont have
to listen to nagging and complaining from the girlfriend about
why you dont spend more time with her. And you definitely
dont want to wait a half hour for your partner to show up late.
This is your time, embrace it and make the most of it; you are
the only person in charge right now.
Focus and pride yourself on getting the best workout possible, with minimal distractions. Dont bring your cell phone in
the gym, waiting for one of your boys to call you to see where
youre going that Friday night. Chances are youre not getting
laid because you have no game. Dont bullshit for 20 minutes
in between sets with the girl next to you because you think
she is cute. Chances are she just wants to be friends anyway.
Monitor your progress and know that when you step in that
15,000 foot facility called the gym, that you are hear to lift
weights and not socialize.
Focus on your goal, and proceed to take every step to actualize it. When you see 405 on the bench, you visualize the rep,
how easy it feels, and the high that you get from pushing that
kind of weight without a problem. You stare at the weights
and then stare through them until finally something clicks and
all you want to do is lift more than what is already there. This
is when you finally realize that you need more of this, the motivation to keep going on and to leave everyone else behind.
That is focus That is the attitude without the words.
Another lesson to learn is to attack each and every workout
like it is your last. This all has to do with the proper mindset.
Once you walk into that gym, it becomes war. The war is
against you, your mind and against the weights. Everybody is
trying to be like you and trying to beat you at your own game.
But youre one step ahead of the field, realizing that you are
the predator and not the prey. Every rep, every set done by
someone who wants to look better than you just motivates
you to train harder. You know that you can train harder and
you do. There is no limit to how much weight you can move.
You will force yourself to squeeze out that last rep on a dead
lift or squat. When you leave you make sure that you made
your presence felt by everyone in that gym. You want everyone leaving there to be afraid to train with you. Fuck that, I
aint training with Schak. Those are the words I love to hear.
Training hard does not mean performing a marathon of sets
and reps in the gym. Which brings me to my next lesson:
Stimulate, dont annihilate. Just because you train like an
Animal doesnt mean you should look like an asshole doing
it. Youre in the gym to build a pleasing physique, not look like
the next great Olympic swimmer. Train hard, work till you get
a pump, then go home. Do not work through the pump, but
up until a maximum pump. Once you feel that your body has
been beaten up and slammed around enough, you are
done. Overtraining is common mishap with all bodybuilders
who so often think more is better. How much can your body
possibly endure in one fuckin hour? Think about it You are
not a machine You are a living mortal who needs rest,
recovery, and calories to grow. You dont need 30 sets for
chest or 50 rep sets every week. You wanna know when
youre done? Youre done when some asshole is yelling
across the gym, Thats it man? Only doing a half day today?
This is after you finished your fourteenth set for chest and
are about to go home to do something smart. Something
like calling it a day while youre ahead. Unlike the 60, 150
pound guy who just contributed his two cents.
Check your ego at the door. Nobody likes a conceited prick,
big or not. Again, as I stated earlier, train hard, stay focused,
enjoy your alone time, but dont act like an asshole.
Remember the other people at the gym are there for the
same purpose that youre thereto better themselves. Be
humble and people will respect you (they may not want to
train with a sick fuck like yourself but they will respect you). If
you know youre the best and that you cant be beat then
thats great. Keep it to yourself and show everyone else,
because I will tell you right now, there are about 30 other
people in the same gym thinking the same thing. Stay humble about your accomplishments. Dont brag. If you stay level
headed, more people will admire your achievements and the
hard work that got you there.
These are the underlying philosophies that create a wellrounded champion. Every champion has them and practices
them daily. That is what makes them the one to beat and not
the beaten one. In the next few weeks we will spill over into
the philosophy involved in body part training. I will take you
through the typical workout of a champion. Stay tuned and
be ready, for the best is yet to come. Peace.

How Much Strength Can I Get With Animal MStak? My Training Buddies Have Increased Their
Lifts By 25% After Only One Cycle.
Increasing your lifts by 25% within the first cycle is not
all that extraordinary. We've had athletes tell us that
they've increased their bench press by fifteen, twentyfive, and thirty pounds in only 3 weeks. If you've hit a
plateau and have stopped growing, Animal M-Stak
may be the answer.

Round One
What is the best way to develop the outer sweep of the
quad? That is a question put to me at least once a day. The
answer rarely changes and is never exciting to anyone who
hears it. Ready? Here it is... Squat, squat, squat. Sounds
simple, doesnt it? There is a problem though. Few things
are ever as easy as they seem to be... The theory as it is put
to you is sound and clear and appears easy on paper. Now
give it some thought because hard and long is the road that
leads to the development of great quads.
I say what the fuck? Whats easy anyway? Its not even easy
to get your ass out of bed in the morning, but we find a way
to do that, dont we? I propose we use this time together to
speak of ways to recruit maximum muscle fiber. I suggest
that there is more than one way to do just that.
First, YOU must allow yourself time to decide if you want to
make this commitment. DONT say yes in your mind. I
know most of you are not ready, but if you prepare for this
battle mentally, then the physical part will be academic.
Trust me on this... It will take a tremendous amount of effort
and pain to form this foundation... And dont expect miracles overnight. This is not the wheels in a week program
that some fitness shithead is selling on QVC. Think about it
for a while and if youre down, then you know where to
come for round two.
Round Two
They say you cant reinvent the wheel. They say you cant
come up with any new ways to pound on your thighs. I say
its not just what you do, its how you do it. You wont find
the strength you need without tapping into your mind and
heart as well as your body. Squats. Thats the bitch of the
bunch. No other exercise in the whole realm of bodybuilding can fuck with a mans mind as much as this simple
movement can.
In light of that we need to take the stigmatism out of the
whole thing. Its just another exercise. Dont get all twisted
over it. The way to approach something distasteful is to
learn to love it. If that is hard to do then just remember, you
might not like the way they feel, but you will soon learn to
love the power they generate in your body.
Five good hard sets with a weight that isnt thrown on there
because you had a dream that you could do it. I swear
sometimes I dont know why there are any other plates but
45s in gyms. It seems like everyone wants to move up a
fucking plate at a time. That is the kind of shit thats gonna
Transformation
I just wanted to say your products are phenomenal. In
June I weighed 265 lbs and I was a fat mess. I took Animal
Cuts and worked my ass of at the gym all summer and I
dropped down to 200 lbs by mid-August. Then around
December I stacked the Animal Pak with Animal Stak and
Animal Nitro and put on 15 lbs of solid muscle. Im about
to go back on the Animal Cuts now to get cut up for the
summer. I just wanted to say thank you because your
products completely changed my appearance... In a fucking great way!
- J. Leonard, Massachusetts
Awesome
Hey, I just have to say I have been taking Animal Cuts for
two months and it is AWESOME! I have been out of shape
and just made the commitment two months ago to dedicate myself to the goal of getting in the best shape of my
life. I have been successful in shedding 30 pounds in two
months. Animal Cuts is the only reason I have been able
to kick my bad unhealthy habits to the curb, stay motivated, and train hard. I have more energy and endurance with
this product than ever before, not to mention the appetite
for junk is gone! This is a miracle pak!
- S. Klopft, Michigan
Amazing
I just recently started the Animal Pak because a friend told
me about it. I was plateauing even with creatine cycling so
was willing to try it out. The results were amazing even
after only a week or so. I was putting up my previous max
bench three times in my last set of four. I was using dumbbells I never even thought of using for incline press and
flyes. I am just moving more and more weight every week
and I am now thinking of starting Animal Cuts as well. The
product is awesome and I have to give you guys props for
that. Thanks.
- Josh Harris, Pennsylvania
Amazing Nitro
I just wanted to let all the fellas at Animalpak know that
your site is hands down the best site I've found for motivation, splits, and just general info. Plus your supps. are
amazing. I recently did Cuts and Nitro. They worked great.
The Nitro was amazing. It was the first time I have taken a
supp. and got results. I guess putting 30 pounds on my
bench is a result. Nitro and your workouts coupled with the
motivation found on this site is what did it for me.
Thanks...

Promises Kept
Animal Pump kicks ass. There are a ton of supplements
out there that say they do certain things but really don't. I
for one loved this product. For the past year I have been
having trouble with my gains in strength and muscularity
and losing the body fat. For some reason this product has
seemed to jar something in my system to help my gains
tremendously in the past 4 weeks. People at my job have
actually been asking me if I was taking steroids, but they
can also tell that it was natural. I have a feeling if I were to
continue to take this product permanently that I would
reach my goals by January. I plan on competing in January
for bodybuilding and I think this would be the final thing I
need to be completely ready.

25 Pound Increase
Just wanted to say thank you so much for your products
I got my hands on Stak. Before I started a new bench program I maxed out at only 315 lbs. In JUST 5 WEEKS I
maxed out again at 340 lbs. That may not be much for
some of you but for me to add 25 lbs. in 5 weeks was awesome. Thank you so much. Not only am I putting up the
numbers I am getting much bigger. Now I'm staking the
Stak and Nitro. So far so good. You guys kick ass thanks.
- James Brown, Wisconsin
Top Of My List
Your products are definitely at the top of my list from here
on out. I am on my 3rd cycle and this time I stacked the MStak with the "Anabolic Hormone Pak" Stak. My gains
have proven that. From a 505 deadlift 6 weeks ago to 530
for 3 reps. My bench from 405 to 420 (1RM). I have been
powerlifting for 4 years @198lbs and this by far has been
my most successful training routine. I've also taken some
advice from your website and incorporated it in my workouts as well. Thanks. Keep making the products and I'll
keep buying!

Gains
Bro's Ive been takin your Animal Pak and M-Stak for
cycles for the last 90 days. Also been using one of your
workouts. Ive went from 218 to 242. Lost some on the gut
and my strength has went from 285 bench to 325 for reps.
Squat up to 450 and deadlift to 500. Thanx.

Discovering Animal
I have been lifting for a long time, and like most everyone
else, have tried so many different supplements my heads
hurts. Some worked and some different, and nothing ever
really stood out as being a must need supplement. That is
until I discovered ANIMAL. It doesn't matter what it is - MStak, Pak or Cuts - they all work period! Everything I have
taken has had a positive effect on my body and my train-

you that your company is by far the best. Your no bullshit
attitude to bodybuilding, strength training and supplements

My New Family
This is truly an amazing site. The brothers here at
Animalpak.com have really showed me, through their living literature, that success consists of going from failure to
failure without any loss of enthusiasm. And when it comes
to training, authors from Schak all the way through to
Machine and everyone in between showed me to think of
myself as a stone cutter and my body the stone. You see,
when you look at a stone cutter hammering away at his
rock, you see him hammer at least a hundred times without as much showing a crack in it. Yet at the hundred-andfirst blow it will split in two, and before I know it was not the
last blow that did it, but all that had gone before, and that
is how I, thanks to my new family at Animalpak.com, perceive training nowadays.

A Place
Before finding Animalpak.com, I felt I had no place in my
world. I have no friends, but enemies. Family didn't understand me, I'm the Black Sheep. I was insecure and always
asking myself who am I and what do I want? Finding
Animalpak.com was probably one of the most important
things that has happened to me in my life! This place
makes me feel as if I'm gifted to be a loner! Being misunderstood is my best characteristic, it makes me stronger
than I've ever been! My rage to be different, look different,
eat different, act different burns hot in the gym when I'm
smack'n weight! I get the best rush when I feel alone in the
gym! I've gone through a couple of partners, but they give
up on me, they can't hang! They do it to get some ass, I do
it cuz my life depends on it! Being here with you guys, its
you that are my friends and family that support me and
back me up and make me feel I have a place here on this
world! I don't do it to be on stage one day, I do it for glory,
this is my life! Thanks Broz.

Dont Give Up
"I just want to tell you that you're doing a great fucking job.
I'm a pretty emotional dude, not afraid to admit that, and I
have had so many girl problems in the last year. I lost
count a while ago. But every day I read the articles and
stories on this site that shit keeps me going at the gym. It
makes me stop being a pussy for whatever amount of time
I spend in the gym that day. I take your ideas about just
concentrating on myself and the weights and the rep. Not
concerning myself with anything else in the gym. I'm making gains and getting pretty excited about every aspect of
