The two most important factors to be successful in Banking Industry based in Table 1are High
Profitability and revenue and Brand Reputation with a weighted score of 0.56 and 0.52 respectively
which the researcher believe that it a must for any financial institution to have. Philippine Business Bank
has a problem both in two factors which is advertising/marketing and Store has poor website since
the researcher believe that their website is not user-friendly and the bank needs to be known not only for
SMEs but also for other entities.
