Thesis on Consumer Revenge and Satisfaction

Conducting the research with online economic games, in the lab of the
faculty of Behavioral Sciences in Leiden University.
These findings will help in understanding:
- when customers are inclined to punish a company for a service failure
(for something wrong a company and/or an employee did)
- how to face an angry customer
- how to face different type of customers
Thesis on Organization Psychology
Conducting survey with questionnaires, within waiters of local
organizations in Greece. Job crafting and its relation to emotional labor
and job demands was the basic issue. Furthermore, measuring
