- H thng cn tn hao trng lng

Nguyn liu c a vo cc ngn rotor qua ca vo 2, rotor quay a nguyn liu n
ca ra 10.
Khi nguyn liu di chuyn t u vo n u ra, lng nguyn liu i qua nhng trc

feedrate : khi lng nguyn liu
- Khi lng nguyn liu ca ra c tnh thng qua khi lng o c t loadcell v
tc quay ca rotor
- Khi tc quay khng i th lng nguyn liu ca ra t l thun vi tn hiu ca
loadcell.

- Mun lng nguyn liu ca ra l hng s, nh mong mun th ta phi iu chnh tc
ca ng c t l nghch vi tn hiu o c ca loadcell.

Trong mi h thng cn rotor, thng tin v ng c, lu lng vo thng qua b giao tip
CPI (CAN Process Interface) c a n b iu khin CSC(CAN System Controller)
giao tip vi cc thit b khc
Gia cc cn trong mt trm cp liu cng c ni theo mng CAN
Cc trm cn c ni mng Profibus-DP vi h thng gim st trung tm (Supervisor
System Customer)
Ngoi ra, trong khi CPI cn c u ni RS-232 dnh cho modul PFISTER HAND
TERMINAL
