Orchestral Companion Strings Windows Installation

1. Visit https://www.ilok.com/#!registration to create a free iLok account.

2. Enter the information denoted with an asterisk (*)

3. Select your privacy options, then read and agree to the Terms of Use. Click CREATE ACCOUNT.

4. You will be emailed to your selected email address with information to confirm your account.

5. Open the email within your inbox (also check your Spam/Junk folders) and click the link provided.

6. You will then be directed to log into your account with your chosen User ID and password. Enter
these details and click SIGN IN.

7. You will then receive a message stating that your User ID has been activated. Click CONTINUE.

8. Now, download the relevant iLok License Manager for your system here (Windows 32 or 64-bit) https://www.ilok.com/#!home

9. Once downloaded, opening the .zip file and copy the enclosed file to your desktop.

10. Open this folder and double-click to launch the installer.

11. If you receive this message, click YES.

12. Click NEXT.

13. Read the Software License Agreement and if happy, click YES.

14. Ensure you are happy with the installation and if so, click INSTALL.

15. This window will appear before the end of the installation. Click INSTALL.

16. Once the installation has concluded, click FINISH to restart your computer.

17. Once your computer has restarted. Open the iLok License Manager application from your Start
Menu (located at the bottom left of your screen). Click SIGN IN.

18. Enter your User ID and password you created previously and click SIGN IN.

19. Once you are signed in, click the REDEEM icon at the top-right on the application.

20. Enter the 32-digit code from within your Plugin Boutique account, and then click NEXT.

21. Select your iLok account (shown with your User ID) and then click REDEEM.

22. You will receive a message telling you of your successful redemption. Click OK.

23. Now, left-click and select your Orchestral Companion Strings license and drag it onto your
computer icon on the left of the application.

24. You will be asked to confirm you're happy for the license to be activated on your computer. If
happy, click OK.

25. Once successful, click OK.

26. Your Orchestral Compansion Strings license is now activated on your computer.

27. Download and open the .zip file

(http://cdn.inmusicbrands.com/sonivox/software/OrchestralCompanionStrings1.4.zip). Launch
the .exe setup and if you are greeted by this window, click YES.

28. Click NEXT.

29. Read the License Agreement and if happy, click to agree and then click NEXT.

30. Select which version (32-bit and/or 64-bit) you wish to install and click NEXT.

31. Select where you wish the VST to be installed and click NEXT.

32. Select where you wish the sample content to be installed and click NEXT.

33. Confirm you are happy to proceed with the installation, and click INSTALL.

34. Once the installation has concluded (this may take a few minutes), click NEXT.

35. Click FINISH to conclude the installation.

Orchestral Companion Strings is now fully installed, activated and ready-touse within your chosen DAW!
