1. The extent of work to be carried out is as follows
Assistance in preparation of drawing using AUTOCAD software and Part Models in CAD
software (Qty : Drawings 40 No's & Solid model - 25 No's)
Assistance in preparation of QAP documents & specifications : 100 sheets Approximate for
above project.

Documentation, reports and presentation in MS word, Power point and Excel and checking of
documents ( Qty Approx. -80 Nos)
Assistance in preparation for various meeting, presentation and briefs for related to above
project
Record maintenance ,data base generation of hardwar~ components ( No of registers 5 and
files 8 No's)
2. Assistance in inspection and testing of components (approximate 100 Nos}
3. Assistance in assembly, fitments of components ( approx No 30)
Work involves following activities
Cleaning of various components of various assemblies
Assistance in carry out assembly work of the components conduct of test ( handling of Non
Explosive items).
To assist in carrying out modification/amendment to drawings, QAPs based on outcome of test
4. Assistance in up gradation of daily documents
Day to day entering the data for trial reports inspections reports, specifications and manuals on
computers ( Approx. 60 sheets)
5.Assistance in preparation of experimental setups for 3 to 4 trials per months for project.
Maintenance of various equipment held in group viz, Fixtures, firing stands etc.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.The duration of the service shall be as per requirements.

2.Vendor Quote after considering all cost ,taxes and duties.
3. The vendor shall verify the identity, character and antecedents of all personnel/workers
employed for the job.
4.1f possible vendor shall furnish the names ,address and photographs of the workers to be
deployed in ARDE along with the technical bid. The vendor shall inform any changes there in
to the concern authorized officer in ARDE.

5.AII Responsibilities of the personnel employed for the job shall be with the vendor in case of
injuries/losses of life and other untoward incident. It shall be sole responsibility of the vendor
in respect to payment to be made towards the medical treatment, compensation or legal
matters arising out of it.

6.The income tax may be deducted from the vendprs bill as per the government rules.
7. Vendor shall get registered with ARDE if not registered earlier.

8. Personal Bags and baggage's of the personnel working for the vendors shall be liable for
physical check both at the time of entry to the campus of ARDE through security gate and
passing out of the gate.
9.1n case of thefts or damage of the ARDE's property by the vendor's personnel the cost will
be borne by the vendor. Any damage found prior to the date of the work shall be brought to
notice of ARDE coordinator/Representative.
10. Vendor shall ensure that the conduct of all the personnel deputed is descent and
