To Be Ottoman

As salamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu.

Our voice is gone anyway. Therefore honorable Haji Kadir Misiroglu completed our words
in full. Nobody says he's haji but in fact, he is. Maybe you don't know, he is 12-times haji,
Haji Misiroglu. The message he wants to transmit has reached its perfection from pre-eternal
up to eternal, from beginning up to end, and mashaAllah together in an understandable way.
First with success from JanabAllah, then by the compassion and intercession of Rasulullah,
sallAllahu alaihi wa sallam, with support of Ahlullah [people of Allah]. He was in complete
submission to the ones who empowered him with spirituality and were assigned to be
witnesses during these nights, Sultans of the Hereafter, who lie in Konya, this holy city of
Konya, and especially Sultan of the Hereafter, Sultan Mawlana Jalaluddin Rumi. This is a
divine favour.
I have always heard a little bit from the honorable Haji Kadir Bey's sohbats. However, I
heard it in full tonight. MashaAllah, his understanding is very broad. This is a divine favour
to him. And it is a big sign and good tidings that our nation is a great nation. And the ability
to educate such a knowledgeable historian as himself, not just an historian, but someone who
can tell history in its details and with its wisdoms, reasons and consequences, is truly an
appropriate amazement, an appropriate appreciation. And I can't accept that it is from the
education of the present regime of the last 70 years. Probably he achieved it because of his
piety and untiring aspirations, as well as by a healthy faith in JanabAllah. His love for
RasulAllah, care and belief in Ahlullah, and at the same time, his respect and observance of
them have brought him to this point.
At the same time, we are Ottomans. If we deny what we are, we won't gain any wisdom.
However, unfortunately, we are under such conditions now that when we say we are
Ottomans, there is such an atmosphere that makes us seem criminal - as if we are Russians or
Germans, or Armenians; or we are considered to belong to some other nation which is an
enemy to the Turks. Whereas, if we don't love our ancestors, who built the Ottoman Empire,
the greatest government in the world, if we don't appreciate them, if we don't keep respect for
them, what value will we have? Are we a mushroom-like nation? I was calling too. He was
born in 1933. In 1933, I was 11 years old. We came out proud from every battle in 10 years
and brought up 15 million youngsters from every age. It was a march of the 10th year. Of
course, I couldn't understand it then. But now some part of our brain works. How is it
possible? Did we grow up like mushrooms [ie from nothing], 15 million in 10 years? What are
we? Ottomans planted sycamores. Did these plant mushrooms? How is it possible?
In summary the reason of our pride, the reason of our existence on earth, the reason of our
existence in Anatolia, the reason of our existence in history, is because of our ancestors, who

walked ahead destroying unbelief with their swords, removing kufr in front of Islam. If I open
up a little more, some people will leave. That's why, I leave it. You must have become tired.
MashaAllah 3 hours is not an easy matter. I am ashamed of sitting and talking here. This son
of ours talked standing for 3 hours. If we can't stand for 3 minutes, how can we be Ottoman?
We are an old one full of energy, hale and hearty alhamdulillah. And inshaAllahi r-Rahman,
Sultan of this place Mawlana Jalaluddin Rumi, his spirituality is upon me since the time I
entered here. He is giving support with that spirituality. I can hear his good tidings. If he is
wild criminal, Mawlana will have been criminal too. He can't be. Because if the truth is
criminal of course, it won't be written as a good note for our nation.
And our nation always defended the truth and showed the highest tolerance. It has carried
the flag of Islam for 700 years, has built the greatest government and been praised. We are a
nation praised by RasulAllah. What can we ask beyond it? However, our duty hasn't finished
yet. We are in a break now. When the break is over, mehter band will say "Stand at attention!
Go! Ya Allah!" and we will go. Until where? Until the red apple. Where is the red apple? The
heart of Rome - the conquest of Europe.
Wa min Allahi t-tawfeeq.
Takbir of victory. Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, la ilaha illAllah, wAllahu Akbar. Allahu

Salatu salam to RasulAllah, salatu salam to his companions, salatu salam to those who follow
him and those who follow them, and to Ahlullah and to Awliyaullah. May their support be
present. May our time be good. May our future be peaceful. May unbeliever Serbians be
vanquished.
