PROFIL KEJADIAN PENDERITA VESICOLITIASIS

DI RSUD PROVINSI NTB, PERIODE JANUARI 2011 DESEMBER 2015

ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang: Kasus batu buli-buli pada orang dewasa di Negara barat sekitar 5% dengan
angka kejadian laki-laki lebih tinggi dibandingkan perempuan, terutama usia di atas 50 tahun. Di
Indonesia diperkirakan insidensinya lebih tinggi. Diperlukan data tentang profil dan prevalensi
pasien vesicolitiasis sehingga pihak Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Provinsi NTB dapat
menggunakan wacana/masukan dalam meningkatkan usaha pencegahan dan tatalaksana pasien
vesicolitiasis. Diharapkan pada akhirnya bisa menurunan angka kematian penderita
vesicolitiasis di daerah NTB.
Tujuan: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai karakteristik penderita
Vesicolitiasis di RSUD Provinsi NTB, periode Januari 2011 Desember 2015.
Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif retrospektif. Variabel yang diteliti
adalah usia, jenis kelamin, ukuran batu buli-buli dan jenis pengobatan. Populasi dalam
penelitian ini adalah semua pasien penderita vesicolitiasis baik laki-laki maupun perempuan di
RSUD Provinsi NTB periode Januari 2011 Desember 2015.
Hasil: Dari 168 pasien laki-laki terdapat 98 pasien (58,3%) dengan ukuran batu 0-2,5 cm dan 70
pasien (41,7%) dengan ukuran batu 2,5 cm. Sedangkan dari 16 pasien perempuan, sebanyak
10 pasien (55,6%) yang memiliki ukuran batu 0 2,5 cm dan 8 pasien (44,4%) dengan ukuran
batu 2,5. Dari 17 pasien yang berusia <20 tahun, semuanya mempunyai ukuran batu sebesar
0 2,5 cm. Dari 32 pasien dengan usia 20 35 tahun, terdapat 17 pasien (53,12%) dengan
ukuran batu 0 2,5 cm dan 15 pasien (46,88 dengan ukuran batu 2,5 cm. Dari 51 pasien
berumur 36 50, terdapat 19 pasien (37,25%) dengan ukuran batu 0-25 cm dan 32 pasien
(62,75%) dengan ukuran batu 2,5 cm. Dari 61 pasien dengan umur 51 65 tahun terdapat 40
pasien (65,57%) dengan ukuran batu 0 2,5 cm dan 21 pasien (34,43%) dengan ukuran batu
2,5 cm). Dari 25 pasien berumur >65 tahun terdapat 15 pasien (60,00%) dengan ukuran batu 0
2,5 cm dan 10 pasien (40,00%) dengan ukuran batu 2,5 cm.
Kesimpulan: Penderita vesicolitiasis di RSUD NTB adalah laki-laki (168 pasien) lebih banyak
daripada pasien perempuan (18 pasien). Sebagian besar penderita vesicolitiasis di RSUD NTB
adalah pada rentang umur 51 65 yakni sebanyak 61 pasien.

PROFILE OF VESICOLITHIASIS PATIENTS AT DISTRICT HOSPITAL OF NTB,

FROM JANUARY 2011 UNTIL DECEMBER 2015
ABSTRACT
Background: Incident of vesicolithiasis on adult in western countries has wide about 5% with
higher incident on male than female, notably on 50 years old. Incident of vesicolithiasis in
Indonesia has approximated higher incident. Profile and prevalence of vesicolithiasis in District
Hospital NTB is requisitioned as an effort to prevent and to manage of vesicolithiasis patients.
In addition, these effort is expected to decrease mortality rate of vesicolithiasis patient in NTB.
Objective: The study was objective to assess characteristic of vesicolithiasis patients at District
Hospital of NTB, from January 2011 until December 2015.
Methodology: The study was used retrospective descriptive scheme. This investigates age, sex,
size of vesicolithiasis and its treatment. The research was used medical record of vesicolithiasis
patients whom are hospitalization at District Hospital NTB, on January 2011 until December
2015.
Results: Result of the study was indicated that from 168 males there are 98 patients (58.3%)
with 0 - 2.5 cm and 70 patients (41.7%) with 2.5 cm size of vesicolithiasis. Whereas on 16
female patients, there are 10 patients with 0 2.5 cm and 8 (44.4%) with 2.5 cm
vesicolithiasis. From 17 patients with <20 years old, all they have 0 2.5 cm vesicolithiasis.
There are 51 patient with 35 36 years old, and there are 19 patient with 0 2.5 vesicolithiasis
and 32 patient with 2.5 cm. there are 61 patients with 51 65 years old, among these patients
there are 40 with 0 2.5 cm and 15 with 2.5 cm vesicolithiasis. From 25 patients with >65
years old, there are 15 and 10 patients respectively with 0 2.5 cm and 2,5 cm vesicolithiasis.
Conclusion: Incident of vesicolithiasis at District Hospital NTB from January 2011 until
December 2015 was higher on male (168 patients) than female (18 patients). Incident of
vesicolithiasis was notably high on 51 65 years old exactly 61 patients.
