EXCERPT FROM THE MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE

KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS, COUNCIL 8560, OF SAINT ANTHONY OF PADUA
PARISH, ON JULY 9, 2006 AT THE K of C BUILDING, SIBULAN, NEGROS
ORIENTAL.

RESOLUTION NO. 2006-1

WHEREAS, SIR KNIGHT RUFINO SUN has been serving our Council 8560, in
St. Anthony of Padua Parish in Sibulan, Negros Oriental, as our District Deputy;
WHEREAS, he has done his work religiously, efficiently and with dedications
and commitments, that was why he has help a lot in expanding our membership of the
council for h e is always around, rain or shine when we needed him most;
WHEREAS, we have heard that his tour of duty will soon be terminated for he has
served the District for four (4) years already but for the good of the District we wanted
that the term of office of Sir Knight Rufino Sun be extended for another years;
WHEREFORE, upon mass motion of all members present, and duly seconded by
the majority of its members, the KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS, COUNCIL 8560, OF ST.
ANTHONY OF PADUA PARISH, resolves as it hereby RESOLVED to REQUEST the
State Deputy for Visayas and the Supreme Knight to extend the tour of duty of SIR
KNIGHT RUFINO SUN for another fruitful years ahead.
