BENCHBALL

(Equipment: benches, a ball)

The aim of the game is to score goals by passing the ball around your team in order to pass it back to your goalkeeper on
the bench. Each team has to make FIVE PASSES before getting the ball to their keeper. There must be no more or no less
than FIVE PASSES made in order to score a goal.

1.
Divide the players into two teams. Place benches at opposite ends of the gym/field. One member of each team stands on a
bench.
2.
Each team must pass the ball among its members five times, to five different players, and then to the player on the bench, to
score a point. The player that passed the ball to the player on the bench then joins him on the bench.
3.

When players have the ball in their hands, they may not move.

4. If the ball is dropped or the opposition gain possession, then the count starts again. But, If the opposing team cut a pass, but the
ball touches the ground, start again the turn of the team that had the ball.

5.
When a team has few than five players on the court (ie. not on
the bench) they may pass the ball to players on the bench in order to
complete the five (or ten) passes.
6.
The game ends when one team has all its members on the
bench.
