Earns Food Journal


Tuesday
- 6.15 a.m. : The time that I woke up. I stared the day by stretching my back, arms ,and legs. I
had fried rice for breakfast which had minced pork with carrots, tomatoes, and onions for
breakfast. Also, I drank 2 glasses of water.
9.50 a.m. : It was break time so I went to cafeteria to by fruit because Tonhom said that I should
eat fresh fruit rather than fruit juice so bought a banana and drank some water, but I ate 2 fish
balls from my friend before I realized that I shouldnt eat them.
12.15 p.m. : My lunch meal was out of the plan because I was so hungry and there were so
many people in the cafeteria so I bought Mama Yen Ta Fore and I ate it with nothing left except
the soup which made me felt bad so that I planed that tomorrow I wouldnt do something like
this again. Lastly, I drank 1 glass of water.
14.10 p.m. : After finishing Mr. Dans class, I drank 2 cups of water.
16.30 p.m. : I drank 2 glasses of water.
18.30 p.m. : After lunch, I had planed that I wouldnt eat more things that I should eat less or
stop eating but today my mother cooked fried morning glory, stir fried scallop, steamed cod, and
fried pork with pickles which are all my favorite food so I ate much again. I hadnt eaten any
snacks today and I drank a lot of water after dinner.
17.00 p.m. : I drank a small bottle of Tomato juice and water.
23.45 p.m. : I drank a cup of water before I went to bed.

Wednesday
- 6.15 a.m. : I woke up and stretched again. Today, I had friend pork with garlic for breakfast
and 2 glasses of water.
8.30- 9.50 a.m. : I drink the water about every 15 minutes.
12.15 p.m. : I ate teriyaki boiled pork with whole grain and salad (that has boiled egg) for lunch
and a glass of water.
13.10 p.m. : I drink a glass of water and during my studying, I keep drinking water until after
school.
16.45 p.m. : I had a nap about an hour.
18.30 p.m. : Today, I tried to eat less than yesterday so that I had steamed chicken, that dressed
salad with fish ,and fried water minosa. Also, I drink a glass of orange juice.
20.00 p.m. : I drank a glass of water
1.30 a.m. : I drank a glass of water before going to bed.

Thursday
- 6.15 a.m. : I woke up and stretched. I ate soft boiled rice with shrimps for breakfast and drank
2 glasses of water.
7.30-12.15 a.m. : I alway drank water as much as possible.
12.15 a.m. : I ate pork noodle for lunch and salad with various types of vegetables and boiled
egg. Also, I drank glass of water and a little bit of nuts.
15.10 p.m. : I drank 2 small glasses of water and ate nuts.
16.30 p.m. : For dinner, I had sour and spicy boiled pork, fried fish, fried Chinese kale ,and
whole grain. Also, I had Kang Juud with seaweed, tofu, and pork. After finishing the main dish, I
ate rose apples.
00.45 a.m. : I drank a glass of water before going to bed.

Friday
6.15 a.m. : I drank a glass of water after waking up then, I had fried eggs and fried morning
glory for breakfast and drank one more glass of water again after breakfast finished.
7.30-12.15 a.m. : I alway drank water as much as possible.
12.15 a.m. : I ate Kee Mao with shrimps for lunch and small plate of salad ,but I still hungry and
I didnt want to eat snacks so I buy one more salad which made me full. Also, I drank water
while I was eating.
15.15 p.m. : Because I was so busy so I dont have time to drink water until this.
17.30 p.m. : I ate Kuay Jub (chinese noodle) and again, I was so hungry and I saw my brother
ordered one more so it made me cannot be patient any more ,so I ordered too.
20.00 p.m. : I drank tomato juice and ate some nuts.
00.00 a.m. : A glass of water.

Monday
6.15 a.m. : After I woke up, I had fired fish and rice for breakfast (it was so bad that the fish bone
got stuck in my neck for all day which made me didnt want to eat anything) and some water.
9.50 a.m. : I tried to drink a lot of water and ate sandwich to get rid of the fish bone but it didnt
work.
12.15 p.m. : I ate pork noodle again and a little bit of rice because my friend suggested me that
eating rice can help to get out that bone. Also, I drank many glasses of water.
17.30 p.m. : I ate fried vegetable with shrimps, fried fish with sweet and sour sauce, fried
pork ,and soup. I was good that I didnt eat a lot. Also, I was eating a banana and some berries.
19.00 p.m. : I drank tomato juice.
0.15 a.m. : I drank water before sleeping.
