and pressure switch will give signal to trip the pump through a set of delay
timer High-Low level switch is provided in water storage tank to avoid dry
running of pump. All the controls will be through PLC. Signals of high/low water
level in tank, motor fault and low discharge pressure at PLC will be provided.
High level switch is to be interlocked with valve installed at tank inlet.

Drainage system in Coke yard for disposal water of dust suppression, monitors
flow, water content of coke as well as rain water system.

Contractor to design, supply of all materials and construct RCC Water Storage
tank, pump house, compressor house.

Contractor to develop P&ID for the dust suppression system.

Contractor to hook-up with valve, matching flange, fittings and valve pit from
tapping point available for water. Tapping point shown is indicative only; tie-in
co-ordinate will be finalized during detail engineering.

The operation of water pumps shall be inter-locked with the Low level signal
of the RCC storage tank, so that pumps for dust suppression system will run
only when the water level at the tank is adequate. Water pumps shall be
automatically trip (stops running) at Low level signal, in order to prevent dry
running of pumps.

Re-circulation by pass line with two branches (one having manually operated
Globe valves, one having pressure relief valve) at common outlet lines of
water pumps for each system for the purpose of re-circulating the water back
to the tank when the respective dust suppression system application points
are not in operation. Water supply for dust suppression system is to be taken
from the service water (WS) line as shown in dwg. No. A307-OID-16-43-7000.
Only service water tapping point will be available to contractor, after which
entire DUST SUPPRESSION system is in contractors scope.

Number of Plain Water DS sprinklers to be opearted at a time shall be decided

by Contractor for effective DS System.

Discharge point of Stacker Conveyor shall be provided with Dry Fog type DS
System. Suitable Dust Supression system as per vendor std. shall be provided
for reclaimimg system.

Separate DFDS system in discharge point of Stacker-Reclaimer boom is

required.

MISCELLANEOUS WORKS

Disposed of all surplus, unserviceable earth and debris to specified areas as

per the direction of Engineer-in-charge anywhere within the BPCL property
limit (old refinery & DHDS area).
