more active part outside his normal watch schedule and expand his commitment and work areas.

2O Grecu has showed that he is capable to manage his responsibilities on the bridge as a navigational officer. In the
future I would like to see 2O Grecu taking upon him more responsibility in an overall roll as this will be his objective when
he will advance to Chief Officer.
