I am a highly motivated and hardworking individual who learns quickly and enjoy all aspects
of business. I have experience in fields ranging from dealing with the finance of a business
to managing employees on site. I have completed my GCSEs, A-levels, an HND and am
now in the final year of a degree course. This demonstrates a dedication to improving my
education and having been employed on a part time basis by the same company for 5 years
a commitment and enthusiasm for work.

Anytainment
During these three years I was promoted twice and given a lot more responsibilities which
included training new members of the team. On numerous occasions I was left on location
as the site manager which allowed me to enhance my leadership and communication skills.
In addition to this I also worked in the office talking to customers on the telephone and
providing them with quotations. I also had to work out the logistics of the job once it had
been confirmed. This improved my customer service skills and also built up my confidence
as the more bookings I took the more relaxed I became making the whole process a lot
smoother.
July 2013 September 2012 Anytainment
This year I was given more responsibility and worked the season in the warehouse preparing
and packing jobs to go out. I had to make sure that every job had the correct items of
equipment which were tested along with spares in case any item became faulty. This
improved my organisational skills as every piece of equipment had to go into the correct
storage container after each job. Failure to do this could cause delays for the on site team.

I decided to continue my summer work with Anytainment as I had learnt a lot about the
business in my first year and wanted to improve on this rather than apply for a new job.

July of 2011- September 2011 Began working at Anytainment Party & Event Hire
I began working at Anytainment Party & Event Hire in the summer after I finished my
GCSEs and left college. The job mainly involved erecting marquees, sound & lighting
equipment as well as a fleet of inflatable bouncy castles along with a whole host of other
items. As I had just started working with the company I spent the first few months learning
the setup of each individual type of marquee. This helped me with my listening and
communication skills as if a mistake was made early on into the build it could disrupt the rest
of the set up later on.
