Terms and conditions

1.The prices is EXW factory price, Including packaging costs.
2. Payment Terms
(1) Packaging standard: large bare; small pieces is wooden cases.
(2) Delivery Date: within 10 days after receipt of deposit.
(3) Payment Terms: 30% TT deposit upon signing the contract, the balance 70% paid by telegraphic transfer
before the goods leave the factory.
(4) Guarantee: 100% brand new in the goods leave the factory.
3.Insurance:
100% brand new when leaving factory, we guarantee quality of the machines for a period of one year from
the date of trial run finish, if any parts(exclude easily damageable parts) are found defective in quality in the first
year, we should replace free-of-cost. After one year, parts can be replaced on favorable payment basis.
