I am Percy Aroucha and I have worked as a State Attorney at the Office of the Attorney
General of the Union (AGU) Brazil for more than 10 years. The so-called AGU holds
a decisive role as a representative of Brazilian Federative Republic, in partnership and
collaboration with Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in several international organizations
worldwide, including World International Trade.
Besides that, I hold a Master Degree thesis in International Law at the University of Lisbon.
Not only do my grades in that program reveal my talent towards International Law but also
a very peculiar academic research initiative. The Master Course experience familiarized
myself with international educational scenarios as much as the current trends in
International Law, thus providing a broader understanding of international decision-making
and policies.

With my educational background in the field of international law and working

experience, I strongly believe that I am suitable candidate for the Programme of
Complementary Formation and Research at International Trade. All in all, the chance of
joining such programme would represent a remarkable opportunity and a consistent
foundation in my career and I strongly assume that I am a suitable candidate for the
programme.
