4. Noted comment/reaction from the BAC representative/bidders:

1.The financial proposal of JC ROA Merchandising for the supply and delivery of caraheifers
has no bid amount in the prescribed bid form, hence, its bid was rated "failed".
2. Mandalagan Veterinary Hospital & Marketing was declared "ineligible" due to nonconformity to the technical specifications and schedule of requirement for the egg
machine and the omnibus sworn statement has no attachment of ID of the authorized
representative.
There having no other bids to be read and clarification to be made, the meeting (bid
opening) adjourned at 11:30 a.m.
