Profile
I am a hardworking and friendly individual who enjoys communicating with people of all different kinds of
backgrounds and upbringings. Through working as a Catering Assistant at the Ageas Bowl, I have developed skills
in communication, team working, time management and customer service to a high standard. I have thoroughly
enjoyed building these skills and growing my confidence within the working environment.

Objective
I am looking to pursue a career in Human Resources and Employment Law. HR and personnel management make
up the backbone of every organisation. Without motivated, trained and fulfilled employees, businesses are unable
to perform at the optimum level. I aim to complete my BA (Hons) Business Management degree at Southampton
Solent University, and then look for a graduate scheme or placement. If a graduate scheme is unavailable, I would
also be happy to look for an entry level position within a HR department.

Work Experience
Oct 2014 - Present Ageas Bowl
At the Ageas Bowl, I have worked as a Food & Beverage Assistant for around two and half years. Here, I
have developed skills in areas such as time management, team work, customer service and
communication. Each of these skills have been vital in carrying out the job efficiently and effectively. I feel
as if these skills are transferrable to almost any job/working environment, In this job, roles and
responsibilities have included dinner service, bar work and hospitality box service. These roles have
allowed me to apply business and customer knowledge, on a shift-by-shift basis. I have also had the
chance to work as a supervisor on several of the big cricket matches and concerts, which has given me a
glimpse into the world of management, supervising several hospitality boxes with my own team and
working as a supervisor in a large suite.

Key I.T Skills

I am very comfortable with the use of many computer programmes. I am particularly experienced
with the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint from my years at secondary school and
college.

Other Details
Interests:

I am an avid fan of tennis and play twice a week with a local club. I also enjoy spending
time with friends and family in a social environment.
Politics and current affairs are another key interest of mine as I believe that it is vitally
important for younger generations to have some knowledge and understanding of politics
so that the worlds mistakes now are not repeated in the future.
