Ante el caso reciente ocurrido en España, que el delincuente ha sido favorecido al 100%
por la Justicia española y la víctimas no se les ha tenido en cuenta. ¿Qué ocurre con la
Justicia? Cuán mejor era la Ley Judía llamada "LEY DEL TALION" ¿habían menos
delincuentes? (Éxodo Capítulos 21 y 22), por qué si nadie cree ni aplica las palabras de
Jesús escritas en el evangelio de Mateo 5 vers. 17-21. LA JUSTICIA HAY QUE
ENDURECERLA, Y MÁS EN ESTOS TIEMPOS, que se está demostrando que el
delincuente tiene mejor trato que la víctima. <Al delincuente los gastos los paga el
Estado (tiene derecho a defensa gratuita, etc. etc.), y queda casi siempre libre. Y LA
VÍCTIMA LA MAYOR PARTE DE LAS VECES SE LA IGNORA... y debe demostrar que el
delincuente es culpable... (Acarreando con todos los gastos)>

La reforma del CGPJ en la que compiten los dos partidos mayoritarios, están retrasando el
proceso de una reforma INTEGRAL DE LA JUSTICIA, que le hace falta a este país. Si es
posible que en los juzgados todavía se hagan los libros de familia a mano, que la
informatización no ha llegado a los juzgados, que será en los sumarios de esta índole. LA
JUSTICIA ES LENTA E INEFICAZ... PARA QUE FUNCIONE
LA JUSTICIA, SIMPLEMENTE DEBEN HABER JUECES QUE SEPAN ACTUAR CON
EQUIDAD... OFICIALES COMPETENTES... Y PERSONAL CUALIFICADO,... ESTO EN
ESPAÑA VA EN DETRIMENTO. Debería darles vergüenza A LOS RESPONSABLES,
MINISTROS, CGPJ, ETC... Cuando los españoles y españolas dicen la frase. "la policía los
encierra y los jueces los liberan" y "entran por una puerta y salen por la otra"...
ACUÉRDENSE DEL CASO "Marta del Castillo" que habiendo varios implicados, todavía no
ha aparecido el cadáver. ¿Por qué? ... Y AHORA ESPAÑA ESTÁ CONSTERNADA POR LA
LIBERTAD DE UNO DE LOS ASESINOS DE SANDRA PALO, QUE LA JUSTICIA LO DEJE
EN LIBERTAD Y EL COLMO ES que SALGA LIMPIO DEL CASO DE ASESINATO.
RAFITA A LA CÁRCEL Y DESTITUCION DEL JUEZ QUE HA INSTRUÍDO EL CASO DEL

MENOR.
¿QUÉ HA SIDO PEOR LO DE GARZÓN?
Cuando en el diario 20 minutos se dice (26-06-10)

El juez deja en libertad a 'El Rafita' por el robo al no pedir el fiscal medidas cautelares. El
Fiscal dice que ni 'El Rafita' ni los otros tres detenidos tienen causas pendientes con la Justicia
ni antecedentes penales.
ESTO HUELE MAL. ¿Por qué la Consejería de la Presidencia, no cumplió ante este caso,
siendo éste un individuo inadaptado, delincuente NO reinsertable y asesino juvenil?"
POR LA AUTENTICA JUSTICIA, TENGAN MI SOLIDARIDAD.
Como un ciudadano español indignado de cómo funciona la Justicia “democrática”

DENUNCIA EL CASO LLAMADO DEL RAFITA (UNO DE LOS ASESINOS QUE PARTICIPÓ
EN LOS HECHOS QUE LLEVARON A LA JOVEN SANDRA A UNA MUERTE HORRIBLE.
Apelo a ustedes como ORGANISMO EUROPEO para que discutan este caso, y evitar que se
produzcan otros por fallos judiciales…
Y que como personas que tienen hijos al igual que los padres de la asesinada, hagan lo
imposible para solucionar este caso. Mi escrito no acompaña las firmas que se necesitan, solo
acompaño mi corazón dolido e indignado por esta situación. ¿NO ES SUFICIENTE?
