PRESENTATION
The United States Gold Corporation was created in accordance with U.S. laws, and dedicated to
mining, mainly for gold and diamonds.
In 2004, prior to the formation of the Company, founder, Mr. Elcio Gomes Lopes started Aguas Da
Serra in Campo Largo, Paran State, Brazil. Based on certain geologic signs, studies were initiated in
this area to detect the substance, Phyllite. While conducting these studies, gold was discovered
which was registered in the National Department of Mineral Research (DNPM).
In 2010, MR. Elcio Gomes Lopes and his partner Mrs. Marinete Luiza Oro decided to expand to
other Countries, so they formed AMERICAS GOLD MINE CORPORATION in the State of Florida,
United States of America, which later became "UNITED STATES GOLD CORPORATION".
The need to consolidate corporate resources into one powerful entity is derived from the
opportunities that have arisen from years of work in the area. We are aware of the needs of the
sector and the growing demand for mineral rights, which, unfortunately for many, requires a great
amount of resources to initiate mining operations. Consequently, we are in a unique position to
expand the Companys reach into additional mining opportunities, and therefore bolster our
portfolio of assets, which in turn increases profitability to our shareholders.

INTRODUCTION
Based upon this discovery, in 2008, the gold mine "PROJECT CAMARINHA", located in Passa Trs
Granite, was born. This region has been extensively studied and proven by the University of Sao
Paulo (USP) and the University of Campinas (UNICAMP) regarding sulphide gold intrusion into this
granite in the area of Camarinhas, where the Project is located.

In fact, there are two major mining companies in this area, the "Tabipor Mining" and Canadian
"Ventures Frontier ".
The strategic purpose of the merger between Americas Gold Mine SA, Brazil and United States Gold
Corporation (USGC) was to take advantage of the unique opportunity to operate not only Project
Camarinhas, but two additional gold mines in the states of Colorado and Nevada. The company
which currently owns the US gold mines has already agreed to sell its interest to USGC. Similar
mergers occurred in Canada and Africa for the projects called "PROJECT EAGLE CANADA", "PROJECT
EAGLE USA" and "PROJECT EAGLE AFRICA".

THE COMPANY
Our goal over the next three years is to discover, acquire and engage in full-scale mining operations
in South America, North America and Africa.
However, this cannot be accomplished without taking care of other responsibilities as well. Our
social responsibility is paramount working together with government and the community, and
forming successful global alliances, providing economic growth in the countries we operate in.

As stated above, in addition to its current projects, the Company intends to discover and acquire
land leases on properties known to have gold deposits. The business will then develop gold mines
on these properties with the intent to extract, smelt, and package the gold into bars for sale onto the
open market.
The initial capital sought in this business plan will allow the business acquire its first land lease
while concurrently sourcing the equipment needed to operate its gold mining operations. It should
be noted that at all times, the business will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
(including OSHA) in order to ensure the safety of all employees working at the Gold Mine sites.
In addition, to the production of gold, the initial funding will allow the Company to explore
diamonds and tantalum, as well as, always with a view toward increased profitability.

Metallurgy and Processing

The laboratory test samples ore compounds demonstrated that the mineralization was readily
subject to flotation and treatment process cyanide leaching.
The data developed in the test programs metal has been used to establish a relationship between
the overall recovery of gold and degree of the mill head has been described by an equation and
graphics.
The plant will be composed of the following main process steps:
Crushing and transport
Inventories recovery
Grinding
Flotation
Regrinding
Carbon leaching (CIL) leaching of the flotation concentrate
CIL leaching flotation tailings
Acid bath carbon
Removal of carbon
Electro winning and refining
Carbon Regeneration
CIL tailings thickening detoxification and storage.

Climate and Operating Season

The city of Campo Largo (Latitude 25 27 '34 "south and longitude 49 31' 40"
W-GR) is under the domain of universal classification Cfb W. Kppen, defined
as mesothermal humid subtropical, cool summers, winters with occurrences of
severe and frequent frosts at night, without dry season, with average annual
temperature of 16.5 C.
The average temperature in the warmest month is below 22 C, and in the
coldest months is less than 18 C, whose rainfall occur in all months of the
year, with a total of 1451.8 mm. January is the wettest month, with
precipitation of 190.7 mm, and August is the driest month with precipitation of
78.2 mm.
With a 80% relative humidity, and water content between 60 and 100, in the
city there is water shortage.

Power Supply
The energy is obtained from a substation located at 20 km in wide field, and provided by COCEL
with exclusivity own network and directly to the total project area, containing the equivalent
500KWA, its capacity can be increased according to the energy needs the project

Instalation of Light Lines

Water Supply
There are several courses of "spring water and cut the region covered by the project, but the main
and most important of these is the river that far ahead Aungui join others to form the river
Ribeira. Being situated in the metropolitan region of Curitiba, Rio Aungui is included in future
projects to make it a source of public water supply for the city of Curitiba and neighboring
counties. Thus one can say that almost all streams in the region, part of the headwaters of the river
or are direct contributors Aungui trainers basin of that river.

Environment
The tailings have already specific Assignment, in partnership with Itamb Cements, the company
will use all the waste for the manufacturing of cement.
Part of the area, was selected to study its potential gold mine, using a Geographical Information
System (GIS). The database consists of geological mapping, geochemistry of sediments and
resulting concentrates bateia; airborne geophysics (magnetometry and gamma spectrometry)
Satellite images and data metallogenesis of known occurrences. Recognition gold, the area is
composed of metamorphic pelagic sediments derived from the reducing environment and sulfide
at the base, which gradam the top to shallower waters. Are associated with volcanism basanitico
extensional tectonic regime.
The features associated with the genesis of mineralized indicate the devolatization metamorphic
cell metavulcano sedimentar caused by a geothermal gradient with high anomaly, resulting in fluids
with gold solution percolated by planar structures, associated with zones of shear guide NE, and
later the regional metamorphism is penne contemporaneous the granitic plutonic. The potential
gold mine was estimated from two modeling methods, the method of indexing levels of
information, an addition pondered thematic maps, and the method of weights of evidence, where
the weights are calculated using statistical probability of a structure, establishing the correlation
between the evidence and the known occurrences. This analyzes indicated as evidence of positive
correlation with the mineralization and the presences of metaltrabasitus calciofilitus area, the
proximity of contact with metal / basic this site.

Always based on the principles of sustainability and social responsibility, our plants do not
compromise the environment and have a recovery plan of degraded areas.

LEGAL INFORMATION
Material Litigation
There is no type of case before and it was checked all the relevant clearances and the company
owners.

Royalties, Agreements and Charges

The rate, Financial Compensation for Exploiting Mineral Resources ("CFEM"), shall be payable on sales
of raw or processed minerals and gold products produced by in Camarinhas.
Exploration Permit
The Brazilian mining legislation dictates that the owner of an Exploration Permit shall pay an annual
fee based on the DNPM number of hectares of the license, pay all expenses related to on-site
inspections of DNPM the Permit, and shall submit a report of the research exploratory DNPM before
the expiration of the permit.
The consent of the right of use of water resources
Authorization for forest extraction ("APEF") that is required in cases where there is change in land use
or vegetation removal, and Authorization for vegetation removal in Permanent Preservation Areas
(APP) or conservation Units ("UC") by the Environmental Regulatory Authority. The Project Camarinhas
already has the acquiescence from the City Hall of Campo Largo , PR.
Reliability Assessment
The ORO Team reviewed the environmental permits and minerals and may issue an opinion on
them. The "AMERICAS" indicates that they are in compliance with the regulatory bodies. There are no
environmental liabilities.

GOSSAN
The gold in the Camarinhas Project are veins of sulfide minerals that come from underground
where they are in a chemically reduced form a cape called GOSSAN.
When they are exposed to the water and air at the surface, the
minerals proceed to oxidize and liberate their ingredients. The metals
in the sulfides may move away along with the sulfur compounds,
which generally oxidize to sulfuric acid (H2SO4), but oxides of iron and
aluminum tend to stay put. A large sulfide deposit, as it ages at the
surface, may gradually gain a thick cap of iron oxide minerals - a
gossan. "Gossan" may also mean the red oxide material itself.
Gossans are primarily iron oxides such as hematite and goethite, or
the intimate mixture of both called limonite.
In the old days these might have been of interest as iron ore, but their real value to prospectors was
as a sign of ore deposits underneath. And in addition to iron, gossans concentrate native gold and
silver. When pyrite oxidizes, it produces sulfuric acid and rust, resulting in a gossan at the surface and
a potential supergene zone (a mineral deposit, or enrichment, formed by descending fluids) a few
tens of feet below the surface. Gossans are the oxidized sulfide-rich parts of veins and other
mineral deposits that have a distinct, rusty appearance. These gossans offer excellent visual guides
in the search for gold and other mineral deposits. In any historic mining district, you will often find
dozens, if not hundreds, of old prospect pits dug into the rusty rocks. Prospectors learned to
recognize these gossans as important guides to ore deposits.

GOSSAN
Gossans are good places to search for high-grade gold in lodes. The recognition of gossans in the
field can be very helpful to the prospector. For example, gossans produced from the leaching of
pyrite are typically very rusty (reddish-brown) in appearance; gossans produced from arsenopyrite
are typically greenish-yellow. Gossans are so important that an entire book was written on their
different characteristics (Blanchard, 1968).

GOSSAN

EXPLORATION
In the period from 06/11/04 to 20/11/0, geological surveys were made in the western part of the
polygonal process to evaluate the potential of the area for gold mineralization. The first analyzes of
the available samples collected at the site were performed by competent GEOSOL Lakefield
laboratory in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, recognized as one of the best in the country.
Samples of gold are in practice, measurements in ppb (parts per billion) in which case the area of
Camarinhas Wide Field-PR are 242 994. This is equivalent to a content of 242 ppm (parts per
million) of the gold contained in the rock.

Thus, for each ton of ore processed by the processing extractive hydrometallurgy get about 242.9
grams of gold (taking into account only the analysis of 12 January, 2004).
The analysis performed on January 18, 2005 shows 206,457 ppb of gold contained in the sulfide
ore, or 206 ppm. That is to say to 206 grams per ton. They are undoubtedly 128 ppm, Zinc (Zn) at
85 ppm and very high levels compared to other important bentonites deposits in Brazil.
Samples also demonstrate that the preliminary quantity is associated with the gold contained in the
form of sulfide to other minerals present in the ROM (run-on-mine). Note the marked presence of
iron (Fe) with more than 10% of sulfide ore and Nickel (Ni) 7.8% of the total, Cadmium (Cd) at least
3%. The identification and quantification of minerals in terms of parts per million (ppm) stands out
with copper 5.000ppm. We also analyzed the significant presence of lead (Pb) Bromo (B) com62
ppm. In addition to Ba, Bi, La, Sn, W and less than 20 ppm and therefore considered contaminants.

DRILLING SURVEY
The survey was responsible for the Mineral Sondagens and Hidronorte Company, based in Curitiba,
Parana, Brazil, with gold experience. All boreholes are witnessed in NW size (50mm) sondated with a
diamond, all holes are 22 degrees of vertical tilt, with holes between 50 and 65 feet deep. The
reason is more and more 50mts to 65 mts. The 252 holes probed covering approximately 3.2 square
kilometers.
The locations of the holes were first determined by the geologist supervisor and provided to the
polling company hired. The access probes is provided for opening and squares tracks drilling with the
use of machinery, followed by the mobilization of probe vehicles and the support. When the hole is
probed inclined, a line is drawn between two stakes in the azimuth direction and the probe is aligned
with it. The slope of the probe is determined by a qualified technician from the Camarinhas Project,
on the mast of the inclinometer probe using a Brunton compass.
