MANDATORY SPARE PARTS

GENERAL:
MANDATORY SPARES:
GASKETS:

Two sets for each nozzle with blind flange, girth flange & companion
flange.

FASTERNERS:

10% (min 2) of each nozzle with blind flange, girth flange & companion
flange.

Contractor shall provide adequate quantity of commissioning spares, imported as well as

indigenous. Vendor shall ensure the adequacy of commissioning spares and if required,
over and above the commissioning spares supplied/indicated, the same shall be made
available by vendor without any cost & time implication. The cost of all commissioning
spares is included by the vendor in basic cost of the package.
Contractor shall supply the recommended spares for two years normal operation as per
purchase order.
Contractor shall provide the special tools and tackles, if required, for operation &
maintenance of the offered system. The cost of special tools & tackles is included by the
vendor in basic cost of the package.
